Tapping my foot on my house floor. I lounge back into the sofa, after Bree had calmed down and was able to control her sobs.
I decided it was better too bring her to a more private place- Not to mention I still have no clue of what the matter is- She argued with me saying she doesn't want to be alone and would rather stay at my house, so I agreed I just hoped my father doesn't drop in for one of his many tantrums as I call it.
My eyes traveled around, the house wasn't small nor was it huge. The base of the walls are a Tanned brown color with the upper half of the house is a cinnamon color lined off by white.
Looking over to the left I see the rose gold slanderer, Two rings circled around the LED glass ropes that fall into its place, Looking down the center table. The unwelcoming memories flash and I look away and over my shoulder. There are two rows going up and meeting each other at the top floor, the staircases only lead to my room and two other guest rooms.
I still don't know why I bought a house with this much space. I clearly didn't need it.
Under the staircase there is another huge room which leads to the kitchen. I had constructed the walls and gotten help to open up the place a bit more. Letting my feet down I hum my bare feet brushing on the tan color rug.
Looking down at myself, I am now wearing an oversized T-shirt along with gray sweatpants. My hair let down.
My head spun up when I hear footsteps. Bree walks around the sofa and sits at the other sofa across from me. She spins herself around and throws her feet up onto the dark brown colored sofa. She leans her head back on the hand rest and huffs out loud.
She wears one of her night pajamas.
She had spent several nights at my house and of course left clothing. The white shorts fall onto her olive skin, Hair now damp and let loose. The silk white polka dotted shirt which matches her shorts falls onto her skin perfectly.
"Are you ready to tell me what's wrong?" I question in a comforting tone. "Jack.. he moved away." I frown and throw my feet up onto the sofa as well. I lean back and Chew my lip. My eyebrow raises and I play with my fingers. She goes on realizing that she hasn't given me an explanation for him leaving.
"When I woke up he wasn't in bed...I looked around, but found a note saying he leaves for Norway at eight." I gulp and watch as she hands fist clenching and letting go at each second. "He blocked me on everything." She hissed with venom I have only heard when she is pissed.
"Do you know why?" I whisper softly hoping that I didn't push any boundaries. She huffs and shuts her eyes while brushing her thumb over her lip. She does that when; Angry, nervous or uncomfortable. All I see right now is anger the way her eyebrows pinch tightly together and her other fist balled at her side. "He left to take a business deal...He picked money over our relationship." She rolls her eyes and shakes her head.
