I was crossing the street with Peter when suddenly I blinked and we were in a dark alley. "PARKER!?" I called loudly in search of my boyfriend.
I had a fear of being alone since something had happened when I was 13. It's been so long and I still haven't recovered. I felt my stomach in my throat and heard steps. "Come with me." A man with a raspy voice said grabbing at my wrist. "No!" I shouted loudly. I ran and ran and till I had no clue where I was. All I knew was I had to find Peter. I called for him many times wandering the streets of New York. "PETER!!!" I heard a 'yes' and followed it but only saw a couple sparks of orange in an alleyway. Then they were gone.
I ran and ran until I bursted into a house I'd seen once before. I was in New York. I knew that much. I saw a lot of pink and realized it was an old house and I had a brunette teenage girl staring at me with her shorter tanned friend. I saw orange sparks again and Peter looking at me. And an older woman sitting with the shorter boy. Another older person but not as old as the woman. He looked wide eyed and confused.
"Peter oh my god when did you get here!?" He was speechless at the sight of me and how dirty I'd become when we arrived. My white blouse and blue jeans were now stained brown and black. I ran and hugged I him tightly. "I arrived just yesterday when'd you get here?!" I shrugged softly. "Just a few hours ago. I got lost and I was alone and it's dark out and it was terrifying." He kissed my cheek holding me tightly. "It's okay. I'm here now."
"Who the hell is she?" The older man asked. "His girlfriend. I'm MJ. Who are you?" He looked astonished. "I'm Peter." I shook my head and pointed at my Peter. "No that's Peter." He rolled his eyes. "Yeah well her name is also MJ." I looked at the girl next to me. "Oh. The multiverse is real!?" My Peter nodded and we geeked out together in joy.
