Onika's P.O.V.
"Ok, sis...did you take your medicine this morning?", my sister Lauren asked me. She's younger than me by one year but my mom put her in charge of reminding me to take my meds. She had to be at work before we woke up.
"Um, yeah...I took it", I said. But I was lying. I hated taking medicine! I was so over it...
"Ok, good! We shouldn't have any problems today at school", Lauren said with a smile.
When we entered the school building, we were greeted by our friends, Ariana, Normani and Kehlani. Lauren was in 10th grade like me because she got promoted. I didn't mind that we had the same friends or that we were in the same grade. My sister is my best friend honestly.
"Y'all look good as fuck this morning", Kehlani said. I blushed and giggled a little.
"You better chill before your girl Solana smacks the shit out of you", Ariana said.
"Oh y'all official now, Lani?", Lauren asked with a big smile.
"Relax, dimples! Ari is just talking shit. I never told her me and Solana were official", Kehlani said. But she was singing a different tune when Solana walked up behind her.
"Oh so we're not official now?!", Solana asked. I could see Kehlani's heart rate speed up. She began to sweat a little, too...
Kehlani turned around slowly and said, "Hey, babe! Um...I mean...I wasn't sure. I thought we agreed to take it slow."
"Well I changed my mind!We're official now! So let all your little hoes know", Solana said. Then she looked over at me...
"Hi, quiet girl", she said before she pulled me in for a hug.
"Damn! Nika gets all the love from the ladies", Normani said.
"Girls like Nika because she's quiet and cute", Ariana stated.
"Well I'm about to be fucking mute! Because I need some pussy", Normani said.
"Oh damn...there's Beyonce...she's so hot", Ariana said.
"I would do anything to get with her fine ass", Normani said.
"She never looks our way. What do we have to do to get her attention?", Lauren asked.
"Y'all....she's a senior... Practically a grown ass woman! We're like little kids to her", Kehlani exclaimed.
"Babe, don't be so dramatic! She's only 2 years older than us. Y'all act like seniors are like... 45 years old", Solana said while rolling her eyes and shaking her head.
Some guy was talking to Beyonce. She rejected him in the most unapologetic way! Obviously, she wasn't interested but he kept trying to talk to her anyway. She slammed her locker door shut and told him to get out of her face.
