This is a story about y/n who is a small town girl from a town in Australia called Newcastle and y/n is 15 years old but making a real name for herself globally.
After getting ice cream y/n starts to feel faint and goes home to her mum. Y/n gets asked to set the table for dinner and as y/n goes to put the cutlery down she faints on the ground. Her mum calls an ambulance. She wakes up with a drip in her arm and the doctor tells her that she has been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and has to stay in the hospital for a few days. It was hard to her at first and in the first night she was in the ICU all night getting her blood sugar checked every hour but the next day when Bianca came to visit her with flowers and Bianca took this photo that y/n posted to Instagram

A few days later she was able to leave the hospital a checked her phone to see her photo got over 45 million likes and now had 35 million followers. She opened her Instagram dms to see who dm her and she had got kind messages from celebrities Beyoncé, Kylie jenner, Madison beer, sommer ray and a lot more, but most importantly she got a message from Taylor swift saying: hi y/n, it's Taylor we didn't get to properly meet at the VMA's but I just listened to your album it is amazing I love it so much! I was wondering if you would want to write a song with me? I don't know but I would love to. Love lots Taylor swift P.S I hope you are ok and get used to type 1 diabetes you can do this your so strong xxx
Y/n replied back with: hey Taylor, thank you so much for the message! I am so happy you enjoyed my album, it would be a dream come true to make a song with you here is my number- 04*********. I can't wait!! Love lots Y/n xx
A few minutes later y/n opened Snapchat to see a snap from jett, she almost fell of her chair she opened it and it said: hey y/n I heard on Instagram that you have type 1 diabetes I am sorry to hear that. I was going to say get well soon but.. yeah well I hope you get used to it Maybe we should hang out sometime.
Y/n replied back with: aww thank you that is so nice of you. I would love to hang out some time this weekend if your free?
Jett's reply: ok sounds fun want to go to the beach on Saturday at 1:00?
