chapter 9 :]

"I'm letting you go"

that's all dream had said before he slowly walked behind george and started untying his hands, this time he did it delicately almost like he was now scared of hurting him, scared of seeing him hurt.

"why are you doing this" 

dream didn't reply he just kept on undoing the ropes until they fell to the floor, George instantly stood up turning around to look dream in the eyes.

"I'm sorry I did this to you george, i really hope you'll forgive me"

george looked up at dream with a death glare that could kill god "forgive you? you want me to forgive you, after everything you've done to me!!" 
dream was a bit taken aback why the comment that george made, he stepped back a tiny bit. 

Dream just looked down and didn't say anything to george.

George was standing there for a second not sure what to do, before george could physically see the strength come back to life in dream, the same strength that had scared george for the past couple days.

"I'm letting you go, on one condition."

George didn't say anything apart from giving dream a nod of approval to continue speaking. 

"you quit your job, you never tell anyone what happened here, and if you don't follow these rules, ill find you and you will end up right back in this basement, in this chair, but this time you defiantly wont be leaving it alive.."

Before George could even agree with what dream was saying, dream walked up behind george put one hand on his mouth and put a needle in his arm, before he even realised what was going on, he had passed out.

-dream pov ig/authors pov -  (I suck at knowing who's pov is when but I hope you guys are following along well enough)

i cant believe I'm doing this, I cant believe I'm letting him go, why am i doing this, what has gotten into you dream, your not normally like this. 

dream was now in the car with george taking him to somewhere he can drop him off the side of the road with his phone, id and enough money for him to get some food and a bus ticket back to town. The whole time dream was questioning whether he should just turn around.
At one point he almost did turn around, came up with the idea that he was just gonna go back to the cabin, dig a grave and kill george while he was unconscious, then maybe dream would feel less guilt seeing as george wouldn't really of felt the pain.

But dream felt like after the short conversation he had with george earlier that day, that he made a promise to let george go and he was going to fulfil that promise to the best of his abilities. 

Dream finally made it to the point in the road where he was going to take george out of the car and leave him on the side of the road. Before he could pull george out of the car, he admired him for a second, knowing that everything he had done to this poor guy was his fault, everything. 

There was so much stuff that dream had done to george and he hadnt even known it, so much trauma and guilt he had probably left on him thinking it was all his fault when really it was dreams fault. 

After a while of just sitting there wishing he could of changed the way they met, and maybe they could of genuinely gotten along well, he took him out of the car, dropped his wallet with some cash in it and went off on his way to one of his safe houses he has set up all over America. 

Dream was in the car for what felt like ages just thinking about everything that had happened that day, dream thought he would end up regretting his decision but truthfully, he felt at ease now that george was free, he felt happy that although most of the suffering in his life was dreams fault, he at least didn't make his last memories horrible ones to.

There was so many things dream wanted to apologise to george for. 

But there was one thing that dream knew if george ever found out about it, he would lose any and all hope of them ever even talking again.

Dream did something horrible to george, before george even knew him as Robinson.

Before George was a police officer. Before everything happened.

He did something that was unforgivable.

Dream killed Georges mum.

WO I loved that so much. this was a bit of a shorter chapter because I didn't really know how to end it. I knew I want dream to be Georges mums murderer but I didn't know how to tell that to you guys without it coming of as like weirdly typed. but I saw the opportunity and i took it so here it is woooo.

anyways this was written October 19th 10pm that means I've done 2 chapters today and if I'm doing this correctly chapter 8 should be out October 21st and this chapter should be out October 23rd and if I continue to do it correctly there should be yet another chapter on the 25th so stay tuned for that :)).
