Plagg's POV:

"What? She rejected you?" Pollen yelled while I focused myself in playing video games.

"Yeah, she said she just wanted to be friends with me." I replied while pressing the buttons that made my character to do the combo move.

"Victory!" The screen said and I jumped in joy.

"And you're not upset about it?" I paused.

"Of course I am but I can't force her to like me back. If friendship is the only thing she can offer, then all I can do is accept and let it be." I sighed and she patted my head.

"Good. You've learn your lesson. I'm proud of you." She gave me a hug and I just hug her back.

"Wait a sec— I forgot to tell you about something." She pushed me and squint her eyes remembering what she was about to say.

"That's it. You said that she just want to be friends with you right?" I nodded in response. "There are two reasons why she chose to be friends with you."

"First, maybe she has commitment issues." She pointed at her index finger. "And second, she needs to have connection with you. But why?"

"Pollen, you're overthinking."

"Girls are complicated Plagg. You won't understand." She shook her head. "If she doesn't like you, maybe she likes someone close to you. You know—Wayzz perhaps?"

I burst into laughter and wiped my eyes. "I already asked her that but she said she won't date him." I continued laughing. "I know, it's hilarious."

"I think I got it!" She looked at me and gave me a grin. "But it will be better if you figure it out yourself."

"You and your cliffhanger statements." I hissed.

"Trust me. It won't be that interesting anymore if I tell you." She stood up and grabbed my hand. "Let's go out. We still have more catching up to do."

We went to the dining table and Chloe and Adrien are still talking.

"Adrien, I'm borrowing Plagg for a while." Pollen interrupted their conversation.

"Where do you think you are going?" Chloe crossed her arms and raised an eyebrow.

"We're going out?" I shrugged and she squinted her eyes at me.

"Alright, just take her home safely." She signed us to leave and we went to the car.

"To the mall!" I commanded and closed the door. Gorilla just groaned and started the engine.

When we reached to our destination, we went to a restaurant in the mall. Surpisingly, it doesn't have that much of customers.

"The food in here is delicious, as usual." Pollen tapped her face with the table napkin.

"You always order the same meal." I said while slicing the cheddar cheese.

"So are you. You and your cheese addiction." A flash appeared that made my vision blur.

"What was that for?" I hissed.

"I'm posting this in social media so people will flock in here." She pressed some words and posted the picture.

"Oh look, 500 likes already in just few seconds." She let me see the screen and the likes are rising as time passed.

"It's free promotion and to help some small business." She whispered at me. This place is too simple for me. Maybe they're just starting or has no budget for renovation yet.
