A bodyguard came with the master key and opened up Zhan's room for their master to enter, who immediately stormed in without saying anything.

The door was immediately closed after Yibo got inside.

''We are here.''

The guards stayed outside, alert to face any worse situation.

They wanted to give them privacy, as they know, Zhan is much more to Yibo than a showpiece husband.

Maybe the latter doesn't leave any chance to show others that Zhan is a mere errand boy for him, but they understand, it's complicated for both of them.

Some of them even ship them secretly, wishing them to get back with each other.

As Yibo got inside, his panicked eyes restlessly searched for Zhan in the darkness. He fumbled to find the switch board. His hands trembling out of fear, he pressed them all together, somehow figuring them out in the darkness.

The room bathed in bright lights, illuminating the minimal belonging. But his eyes only caught the picture of the one, which his heart wanted to look at.

His... Zhan..

''Zhan!!'' he screamed, running at once, catching the slightest sight of him on the couch. ''Zhanzhan''

His feets halted suddenly, eyes shocked.

His breath hitched.

Losing the strength to walk further, he somehow managed to get hold of the couch.

And his knees buckled, slowly meeting the floor with a thud.

The couch supported his trembling body, as his eyes lingered on the sleeping figure of Zhan in the couch.

Calm and quiet, innocent to the extreme, his Zhan was peacefully dwelling in dreamland.

Secretly, a single drop of tear rolled down across the velvety smoothness of his cheek, without seeking his permission.

Fingers curled up, he closed his eyes, taking deep breaths. This feeling was weird. A light shade overwhelming infused with intense..

He doesn't know..what.. the feelings were.

Seeing him, the weirdness in his heart increased by a thousand folds.

'I-I thought, I won't see you again.'

Yibo sniffed harshly. The inauspicious thought of Zhan's disappearance from his life shook him to the core.

As if everything came like a disastrous whirlwind. Making him go insane for a while.

Biting on his lip, his eyes opened slowly, and he stared at that face innocent as a lily, feeling breathless and weak.

Why?

Why am I becoming weak now?

Or this hate is fading slowly?!

Lips trembled, his nostrils flared up releasing a puff of breath. The lump in his throat started melting away, seeing the other unharmed and safe.

'Why do we shed tears over something which is clearly not ours?' Once he asked Aunt Hyunjoo.

But she only smiled, arching her brow at Rowoon.

Yibo was so unsure of his behaviour with Zhan at that time, where he had to become stricter to let him think for himself.

He wanted Zhan to be clear of his feelings yet he couldn't help feeling bad, seeing his struggle.

Rowoon had ruffled his hair with a gaze filled with love and adoration, helping him in the formation of an answer to his question.

''Tears are the love we feel, but unfortunately those which are left unsaid. Without any means to get their way out, they can only be in tears at last.
