KSA's Singing contest; the competition

Nothing note worthy happened during the first two rounds of the competition except that ten contestants were dropped and only five contestants remained. Those five were;

1. Hyuga Hanabi

2. Sabaku no Temari

3. Tenten

4. Haruno Sakura

And surprisingly,

5. Uzumaki Naruto

Number five came as a surprise to the judges because they were so sure that his stigma would cloud everyone's judgment of him and they would refuse to vote for him. His raspy yet amazing singing overcame the stigma and he was at the final round.

Temari winning over Konan was quite the shocker but then again it was not. The desert princess had a captivating way of delivering her message to her song that the judges and the voters recognised.

Tenten made it to the finals because of the exciting way she added TikTok worthy dances of her own creation to her songs. Needless to say, her dances became a trend in the school. You should see her preening over the fact like a peacock.

Sakura making it to the finals was no surprise. She was pretty, had an amazingly powerful voice and a lot of fanboys. It would be no surprise if she even won the event.

Hanabi was the only middle schooler to make it this far. She was just too adorable to let go and she was a beautiful singer too.

"Everyone, let's put our hands together for our finalists!" Konohamaru urged the audience and they did so eagerly. It had been a fun competition so far but the next and final round was going to be more interesting.

The contestants were to find a partner and sing a duet- in the language they were taught in the school. Hearing this, Naruto had full on shrieked in horror and Tenten's jaw hit the floor, flummoxed. They were literally at the bottom of the food chain being from the recuperative class. Their language was clearly not as good as their competitors.

"Next week would be the final round of KSA's singing contests. Finalists, make sure to prepare and rest well." Moegi advised but it was obvious that Tenten and Naruto were panicking and not listening to her.

"We shall meet again next week, see you later." Konohamaru waved at the crowd.

"Matte ne." Moegi also waved.

The show ended.

"Awww Teme, you can't do this to meeeeee! I am your best friend!" Naruto whined/cried as he latched on to Sasuke's leg desperately.

"Get off my leg, Dobe!" Sasuke tried to shake the touchy blond off in vain. "And I am not your best friend!"

Naruto gasped. "Don't deny me now! Sasuke pleaseeeee? You're like, my only hope here!" Tears were forming in his eyes but Sasuke was immune.

"No."

"Pretty please with a cherry on top, Sasuke-kun? Sasuke-teme? Sasuke-chan? Sasuke-the-most-handsome-guy-in-KSA? Sasuke the great? Sasuke-love? Sasuke-honey? Sa-oof!" Naruto tumbled back unceremoniously and landed on his back on the floor. Sasuke had kicked him.

"I said no! Your petty flattering would not work and certainly not puppy eyes!" Sasuke was red mostly from exasperation and partly from embarrassment that Naruto was calling him those names loudly.

"But you're my only hope to win this thing..." Just then Gaara unfortunately passed by and Naruto caught sight of him. The blond then remembered that Gaara wasn't actually dumb even if he was in the recuperative class. "GAARA!"
