"No!" I scream as I see him being swiped away. I peer out and there he goes flying by a rope from a helicopter. The government has got him. He has become the experiement.
At first, I am quite relieved it wasn't me but then I realize that I am nothing without his knowledge, his help, his guidance. I don't know where to go or what to do and I'm stranded. I start to walk what seems up-road but I have know clue where I'm going and I just pray to the Lord the someone will help me
After what seems like miles I reach a run-down shack. I slowly reached the door and lift my hand to knock. Then a series of clicks unlocks the door and I am hauled intot he darkness by unknown hands.
A man flips on the lights and is right in my face clutching my hand so tightly, it begins to fade white. "Who are you?" he says in raspy unwelcoming tone. "Uh-I well-I'm-" I stutter, "Spit it out girl!" he shouts, "Your name!" I look straight into his darting eyes and say, "Catherine Joel Reed."
