"Why aren't you more excited. Is this not something you wanted man?"

"What! Ofcourse it is. You should know that more than anyone else" how could I not be excited. Y/n came back home and we talked things through. Not to mention how she brought me back to life with that kiss...

"Then why do you seem even more depressed then usual -_-"

"I feel like I don't deserve this after everything that happened..."

He is right. I hate it when he is right.

"Y/N I'VE MISSED YOU"  this giant demon with rocks for brain says as he crushes her with his arms in a hug.

"Who are you again?" ...well that's hilarious 💀
She definitely remembers who he is but this is just too good.

"Are you kidding me right now. Did he put you up to this" he points at me with a look of fear plastered across his face.

"Put me up to what, can you let go of me ?" Wow she is really good at acting.

"Yeah no" She says after knocking him down with her polearm.

"Oh yeah, I just came to get the reports from Kujou Sara and her troops about the fatui sightings. Childe and I are going to be here for a while so we have time to develop plans to gather them up, but we want to learn more about what they're plotting first" She explains while I stare at her. Oh shit I'm staring!

Maybe she didn't notice.

"Is there something on my face? You're looking at it very hard"

Itto gets up and launches himself towards us, putting his arms around our shoulders.

"Welp. Looks like lover boy is busy. I'm as free as can be. I don't mind helping out with the Intel"

"Childe and I got it covered thanks. We don't really need help dealing with our own members. We just need this headache of a political mess to go away before a war breaks loose. Only way to do that is to make Inazuma 'revenge-filled fatui free' "

I keep forgetting that she is the 5th of the Harbingers. She knows how they think and what their plotting. It's really impressive how she can decipher situations like that.

Especially the situation we're in right now where Itto looks like he is about to pounce at the opportunity to get her alone so he can verse her while she is using all of her strength.

Got to give it to him. He plans everything out really well. But she is smarter then that. She wouldn't be so reckless with her powers.

"I should get going"
"I need to pick up the files and head home, my partner is probably dying of hunger considering the only utensils we have right now are chopsticks"

She says with urgency in her voice. Wait? Then how does he eat...
Does she feed him?...

...

"Ayato!" Itto exclaims.

"What?"

"She is saying goodbye to you and you're staring at the ground like you are pondering how it came into existence" he says with annoyance.

"S-sorry y/n"

"It's fine. You must have alot on your plate to deal with" she says in almost an apologetic tone...
"See you next time" she says as she heads inside the Tenryou Commission HQ.

"See you- " she is already gone.

"I'm hungry" can I not have a moment to myself with this overgrown rock around!
