𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗬/𝗡 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵, as she opened her eyes and processed her surroundings. She smiled softly remembering what happened last night.
They weren't drunk or anything but they were having fun. Speaking of them, she wondered if Carl stayed. She turned to her side to see him laying there. He held such a soft look as his chest raised up and down calmly, peaceful at sleep. She didn't know why but she smiled, her cheeks started to sore.
Y/N sat up, hugging her knees as she watched Carl, admiring his features. Words can't seem to explain what she's feeling. She never felt this way towards someone. Not even to Anthony. She felt safe. She felt euphoric. Butterflies emitted from her stomach in such a pleasant addicting way. Is this love? She asked herself. She didn't know, but she hoped it wasn't anything bad.
Carl stirred from his sleep as his eyelids began to flutter open. Y/N looked away before he catches her staring at him with this idiotic smile. But Carl had caught a glimpse of it as his vision darted to her as soon as he woke up. He smirked to himself as he sighed. "Good morning." Y/N greets. He hummed back, "Morning."
"No good?" She pouts. "If it was a good morning, I'd still be sleeping." He joked.
Y/N laughed, she got up on her feet as she stumbled to the kitchen. Opening the fridge to grab a carton of orange juice.
"You want cereal?" She asked as Carl rubbed his eyes, walking towards Y/N. He nods and Y/N gave a side smile, opens the doors to the fridge, and grabs the milk, setting it down the table for Carl who already had a bowl on one hand and a box of Cheerios on his other.
She gave him a grin before gulping down her orange juice. She began to make her way upstairs. Carl didn't ask as he enjoyed his breakfast.
Cherry Balm.

Anthony parades his new girlfriend through the hall, acting as if he won a Nobel prize. Everyone stared and whispered and whistled. The girl who Anthony had his arms wrapped around her shoulders seemed to squirm in uncomfy-ness as everyone's eyes and gossip was on her.
Anthony didn't care as he felt like the luckiest man to ever live just because he had someone like her beside him.
Calling her a goddess was an understatement. She was Aphrodite, Hera, Artemis, and all the beautiful ladies in one. No one could compare.
The girl awkwardly smiled at everyone, still uneasy about the attention she was getting. She used to get a lot of stares and unwanted attention and touching before but it wasn't this overwhelming. She was the new girl in fact and suddenly she's dating the popular guy.
She should be enjoying the attention, but she just couldn't. She hated it. Because their attention wasn't at her anyways it was at Anthony. Their attention was on Anthony who they so ever praised and envy at the same time. They're all thinking the same thing, 'How'd he manage to get someone like her?' and not 'How'd she manage to get someone like him?'.
Anthony and the girl near a guy who seemed to be done with everything around him as he slammed his locker close. He looked up to Anthony with a bored look, not noticing the new girl next to him until he gave him a second glance.
Everything seemed to go into slow motion. Sappy and cheesy was it, but it happened. Just like in the movies. Everything around him seemed to disappear and it was just him and the girl.
She also felt the world stop when she looked at him, she gaped a bit, everything seemed to evaporate around her. It was just him and the boy. Her heart fluttered all of the sudden and all the sappy things.
The two were on an almost dreamy staring contest if it wasn't for Anthony bringing them back to reality. "Carl, meet my new girl."
Y/N waved awkwardly, "Hi." She giggles nervously. Carl blinked, "Hey." He exhales. "Carl Gallagher." He introduced. "Y/N L/N."
