Y/N was way too confused today than she usually is, she was trembling in fear and was sitting on the chair beside her table with a lamp on in the darkroom and recalling the scene not knowing what to do.
(Flashback)
Y/n bid farewell from her friends Jenny and Mai and was returning home which is about a 15mins walk since it was almost dark she took a shortcut. She slowed down her phase when she heard someone pleading in the dark alley. She hid behind a wall so that she won't be noticed, and that is when she saw a man who is completely dressed in black with a mask and cap which is covering his face. While the other was begging on his knees to spare his life and leave his family free.
Y/n took out her phone and recorded the entire scene happening in her phone silently.
"Okay, I'm gonna spare you if you hand me the evidence you collected against me and my business. I promise you I'd never bother you nor your family if you do it, in case you try to act smart you know the consequences I believe" he warned the man "One more thing you will be watched without you knowing" he added.
Y/n gasped when she saw him slightly opening his coat and revealing a shiny silver gun making the man get tenser.
As the man was moving away carefully he felt someone was witnessing the entire situation and checked the surrounding. Y/n sensed it and turned the recording off and took the nearby lane and sprinted away as fast as she could.
She managed to reach home even though she was scared as hell and locked the main door behind her making sure no one followed her and went straight into her room.
(Back to present)
She entered her room and took a shower to calm herself but it didn't help her much, she changed into some comfy clothes and went to the dining room to have her dinner with her parents and her brother Hoseok.
She didn't have much appetite after what she witnessed. Hoseok noticed her not eating anything but didn't bother her thinking she might be not feeling well. Y/n returned to her room after telling goodnight to her parents and her brother.
She took out her phone from her bag and sat on the study chair and turned on the lamp in the corner and started playing the recording she captured.
Her brain was fully flooded with numerous questions of who a guy would have been? and what illegal things he might be doing?, She couldn't recognize the man who was begging cause there is no way she would know him? For a second she thought she should hand the evidence to the cops so that culprit with kept behind the bars but she can't trust the law because she knew well enough that the law is nothing for the ones who have power and wealth.
She was extremely in a huge dilemma about what to do so that she isn't putting anyone on the line. She didn't notice her father entering her room and was startled when he tapped on her shoulder.
"Dad!! you scared me what are you doing here?? You should have knocked on the door" she shuttered.
"Woah!! Calm down there my girl what is it that you are thinking so hard you didn't notice someone entering into your room?? Okay, whatever it might be so are you ready for tomorrow??" her dad asked.
"Umm, is there something important tomorrow?" she replied.
"Don't tell me you forgot that we have a family gathering with the Kim family and Min family and Jeon family tomorrow, you have to pack for at least 2 days because even your cousins would be present there so we will have some fun for these 2 days" her dad replied.
After listening to her father Y/n finally smiled after all the mess she encountered today. Y/n and hope are always excited to be with their cousins and have fun. Though they are of the same college as their cousins they never get to talk much. Namjoon, Jin, and V are the sons of Mr. and Mrs. Kim whereas Suga is the only son of Mr. and Mrs. Min and jungkook is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jeon.
RM is aspiring in becoming a cop and Jin to be a doctor Suga wanted to be an ethical hacker and hobi always wanted to be a dancer, V is majoring in acting school and jk is good at almost everything but he is mostly into athletes.
Whereas Mai want to be a CEO and jenny wanted to be a fashion designer and y/n wanted to start up a company of her own.
Y/n remembered her childhood memories of her cousins and her brother and all playing together. And she finally drifted to sleep happily
