THE STALKER

(Recap)

"Now this is ridiculous, what the heck is going on? I seriously don't understand a thing. I guess I will just go out for some fresh air. I need to clear my mind", I told and left the room grabbing my phone and coat.

Authors pov:-

Y/N was walking through the streets not knowing what was going on around her. The only thing which is in her mind right now is those rumors.

"Didn't you know?"

"There is someone following you!!"

"You need to be careful girl."

She is now completely occupied with these words, and she is just walking forward without knowing where she is going.

She is still walking even though the signal turned red. Now she is standing in the middle of the road with all the vehicles passing beside her. She now came to her senses when a loud honk was heard. She was not able to make a move as if her legs were stuck to the road.

A strong grip on her arm made her turn and pulled her to the footpath. She was breathing heavily as if she got dunked in water for hours and could finally breathe. The strong pair of arms embraced her to calm her down. She finally looked at who saved her. 

She met with dark black orbs with worry seen through them. Sweat dripping from the sides. That's when she realized it is the same person from the carnival. 

She backed off from the position they are in. 

"T-thank y-you", she muttered shuttering.

"It's okay. Are you fine? Are you h-hurt anywhere?", he asked slightly shuttering.

"No, I am fine.", she replied.

"God!! It's a relief then. You need to pay attention while you are walking especially while crossing the streets", he said sternly.

"By the way, who are you?", she asked.

"Wait, you don't recognize me? I am hurt", he replied dramatically clutching his heart.

"Well, I don't recognize you with the mask and the cap that is covering almost 90% of your face", she said in a monotone.

"Oh sorry", he said trying to hide his embarrassment which is definitely of no help.

"So? Who are you?", she asked with a strict tone.

"Do you still don't get it Ms. JUNG Y/N?", he asked stressing her name.

And that's it. It was that moment she was stuck at that moment. Her eyes were wide open when it hit her. The words slowly try to make their way out.

"Y-you?", she found the courage to those words and let them slip.

"Bingo!! And guess what you are correct", he said and slowly removed the cap and mask.

"So wait!! You are the one stalking me? I mean I am sorry I didn't mean to sound rude to you but I just wanted to confirm why you are stalking me?", she asked.

"Ms. Jung, I know I should have been professional but I just can't help. So, before you misunderstand me more let me clear things up. Firstly, I wasn't planning to stalk you, I just don't know when these things started but I started to develop feelings for you. So, will you be my girlfriend Y/N?", as soon as that last sentence came out her mind froze and she just stood there perplexed.

Time skip~~

"Hey Y/N? what are you up to today?" Jennie asked.

"Well, got a small meeting. After that planning on going out for a date with him", she replied Jennie.

"Wow!! You nice keep going girl", Jennie teased her already blushing friend.

They left the cafe after some time. Y/n finally reached her office and prepared for the meeting. The meeting ended after a couple of hours and she left for her apartment. she reached her apartment and freshened up for the evening. 

On call~

"Hey!! Are you ready?" she asked.

"Sorry babe. could you probably go first? I just returned from the office I need to freshen up yet." he replied from the other side.

"It's okay. Just be there on time. I won't be waiting for more than 10 mins after I reach there", she replied sternly.

"Don't worry babe, I won't make you leave so fast tonight", he replied cockily.

"Okay, let's see then. see ya soon. I am hanging up now", she said.

"Okay, see ya. Be careful. I will reach there soon", he said and they both hung up.

She grabbed her things and left the apartment. She got into her car and turned the gas on and drove to her destination.

XXX pov:-

I see her car coming out of the garage. Today is the day finally. 

****STOP****

I followed her slowly and when she pulled over I stopped my car at a distance and parked my car in the parking lot and got out and casually walked behind her.

I slowly started approaching her. I got ready to make my next move. I held her from behind and took the chloroform-sprayed cloth and covered her nose with it. I almost lost my grip on her I know this won't be easy with her like this. The spray finally started showing its power she went unconscious. I took her to my car and started to drive to my place.

Author's pov:-

He finally arrived at the place they need to meet. He saw her car in the parking lot so he went inside directly to the table he reserved. When he got to the table she was not there.
