I was still inside our family car while looking at Maverick. He's still standing kung saan siya nakatayo kanina noong umalis ako.

I rolled my eyes and put my phone in my bag. I looked to Maverick again. He opened his car now. He entered and closed the door.

I wear my bag on my shoulders. "I'm going to pasok na, kuya. Thank you." I said to our driver and opened the door.

Finally! I can pasok na. Umalis na ang driver namin at iniwan na ako. My eyes widened when I saw Maverick opened his car's door again!

His eyes immediately find me. He was looking at me using his cold eyes. I swallowed hard and tried to cover my face using my long hair.

His jaw moved. "Are you avoiding me?"

I laughed mentally. "Why would I do that? Porket, I didn't see you lang, I'm avoiding you na agad?" I gritted my teeth.

He closed his eyes harshly and opened it. He looked at me softly now. "Did I do something wrong? Please, let's talk about it..." he almost plead, sighing.
