"How do you feel now?" He asks, massaging my feet.

"Still like crap, honestly." Yeah, I get cramps when I am on my period but this one this month, na PREMIUM pain subscription. Just day two and I am already feeling like the weight of the world is on my Uterus. He lets go of my legs and carefully places them on the sofa, before disappearing into the kitchen. I wonder what he is doing, though. I could hear movement from here but the pain is just too much. It feels as though a knife is occasionally slicing through my uterus. The sharp pain comes and disappears on its own accord, like this exact moment. I groan in pain, trying and failing miserably at being strong.

Tobi returns with a bowl of warm water in his hands and a small towel. On getting to where I am sprawled, he dips the clothe into the water, wrings the water off it, leaving it damp before lifting up my camisole to place the warm towel on my stomach. I immediately feel the warmth and sigh in relief.

"I read that it helps with the pain." He states with a tight-lipped smile. Thats so sweet of him.

"I wish we could exchange positions, baby. I want to take away the pain." He continues, a sad expression on his face.

"Trust me, I would gladly trade places." I state with a groan, suppressing the pain. His repeated action is beginning to help ease all the tension I felt down there. He keeps placing the warm clothe on my stomach, occasionally touching my hair.

"I made chicken pepper soup while you were asleep. Spaghetti too. You want some?" The kodeyi longer throat in me could not resist the urge to eat. So, he remembers when I told him Spaghetti is my best food? This man is a complete package, chai. The fact that he can cook and looks very sexy whilst doing it? Spoilt baby girl alert.

"Yes, please." My voice croaks as I speak. He gently rubs my stomach before standing up to fetch the food. He returns with a tray of food, a bottle of water and some Ibuprofen. After carefully helping me elevate my body, not completely sitting, he starts to feed me. Damn, this food! Tobi, where have you been all my life? The culinary school he went to in the abroad did a whole lot in grooming him for the kitchen because these flavors. I am a great cook but Tobi's own is on another level, he's the grand maestro of the kitchen.

"Are you not eating?" I ask him because I have not seen him eat since. Plus, he's been running around to cater for me since I woke up with this pain.

"Baby girl, this isn't about me but you. You just get better and don't bother about me. He states, making me roll my eyes. How does this man expect me not to bother about him? I stop his hand halfway, folding my hands above my chest. His eyes linger on my babies for a while before looking back at me. He bites his lips sensually before clearing his throat. This man be having dirty thoughts right now, eh?

"Have you eaten? Yes or No." I say in my no negotiation voice. He sighs and drops the spoon in the plate before answering 'no'.

"I promise to eat when you are asleep and resting. Just eat, please. Not every time that you'll be doing coconut head." He states casually like he did not just throw one at me. I glare at him and open my mouth to eat the spaghetti.

"How far you people's plans with Tamara?" He asks and my eyes widen. Shit!

"What's the time?" I ask him.

"12:30 the last time I checked." He replied. We are supposed to meet by 2pm.

"You could always call to cancel, baby. You're clearly not feeling strong and I can't let you go out like that." He speaks.

"The wedding is in two weeks." I state in a panic.

"Yes, and you superwoman, already has the venue in the works, the cake, most of it. Bukky is handling some parts too." Yeah, I can't have state of the art venues and my best friend will be paying for venue. It's not even possible. Tee was shocked when I told her to use it. But what does she even take me for sef? I know where to draw the line in business. These girls have been my back bone for a long time. I can't possibly have her pay for a venue. My Eleda will not even allow me sleep well at night.
