Chapter one

Tonight I was sitting on my couch. Tapping my drum sticks on the arm rest while watching Tom and Jerry. It's my favorite show, I guess I just like the fighting and stupidity. I was wearing my leather jacket, blue skinny jeans, and socks. I'm still cold! Ugh... I heard my phone make a Vrrr sound. It obviously vibrated so I picked it up. Matt texted me, he's been one of my friends since high school.

He sent me "Come over, I have a surprise for you!"

And I texted him back "Alrighty, I'll be there in 30 min."

I got my Motorcycle keys, and apartment key. I put on my black leather boots and grabbed my helmet. Then walked out the door and locked it. And finally I left, putting the apartment key in my jackets pocket. It had a zipper so the key wouldn't fall out.

When I finally got to my motorcycle I turned on the engine with the key obviously and put the key in the pocket where I put the apartment key in.

As I drove off I caught a glimpse of a sign that had "Falling In Reverse" on it. It seemed as though that Ronnie was coming to where I lived.

Oh no...he can't come back! I thought to myself.

God he said the next time he saw me he would put me in one of his music videos! I can't sing or dance! I'm a drummer for a reason Ronnie. Ugh... Girl problems 101.

I shook off the thoughts and wouldn't you know it! I'm arrived! Earlier than I should've. I parked my Motorcycle and turned off the engine with the key. I kept my helmet on and the keys in my hand.

When I reached Matts apartment, I Knocked on the door. He opened it about maybe 3 minutes later, and greeted me happily.

"Hey Tori! Come in! I got a-"

"A surprise I know..." I said cutting him off.

I walked in and saw a small rectangular box. The type of box I bought my drumsticks in. I kind of got nervous when I saw it. Matt closed the door and walked over to the box. He picked it up and handed it to me. It was strange of him to get me something so I'm mostly sure it's a prank...but he seems so kind though.

I took the box out of his hand and opened it. I somewhat squinted when I opened it. Suddenly my jaw dropped. It was the drum sticks I wanted ever since I was in high school! I completely forgot about them because I have my black drum sticks.

They've been with me for about 4 or maybe 5 years. Yes they are starting to get chipped so I suppose I'll start using these more.

I looked up at Matt with a smile on my face and hugged him tightly. He hugged me back but not as tight. Then we heard a knock. Matt stopped hugging me and I let go. He opens the door and there she is. Serenity. And she brought a case of beer and cake.

"Party!!!" She screamed. I jumped up a bit because of her scream.

"Alright alright come in" Matt said.

Serenity came in and matt closed the door. She set the case of beer and cake on the kitchen counter, then hooked up her phone to her stereo and started playing a mix of our favorite songs from our favorite bands. She started dancing as if she was a bit crazy but that's Serenity for you.

I got a beer and popped it open on the counter then started to drink. I swayed a bit but I wasn't really dancing.

After we finished the case of beer Serenity had brought over I took some out of matts fridge and started to drink again.

"Serenity why did you want to party?" I asked bobbing my head a bit.

"Because Falling In Reverse is coming here!" She said happily.

I stopped bobbing my head and just stood there. Silently but I felt a bit dizzy. I walked over to the couch then I fell. I think I missed the couch. I thought then I passed out.
