I knew that asshole was about to blow up everything of mine, but it wasn't how I excepted. Evelyn has dark powers which are forbidden to use but she lost control, slammed Noam which made me float in heaven, she even swore which made people go mad, so did I. "I can explain," I say as confidently as I can while she slams Noam again and I want to laugh looking at him now but I don't. I am sure she will understand and I have my explanation.

She walks into her room and I quietly follow her. Once we reach there she lets out a deep breath and I wait for her to speak "Want to explain why you hid this whole part from me" she says furiously. I can't blame her I did hide it. "Can you sit down, please?" I say softly and she does it which I am surprised.

"I worked for Adam Knight, that's true. I am known as the devil or whatever people call me" and she snorts "He is a good guy, he used to work for um-  princess Elektra until you know" I say and she freezes. She had to know this at a point in time "Rember the guy who said Elektra destroyed the drug plant, it was blown up by Adam Knight under Princess command" she blows out breathtaking things in.

"I am so sorry for keeping this from you, with everything that was happening" I take a step forward and she doesn't move. "They make drugs that make people go addicted, make them kill themselves, hate themselves. Elektra didn't want those assholes to be alive, and neither did I because that's how I lost my brother". I force myself to breathe. "I'm so sorry" I wrap my arm around her, hugging her she doesn't at first, and then she does. She melts into me while I melt into her, leaving everything behind.

"We saw Noam that day, near that drug plant. Alia saw him" she says pulling away all serious now. I just love how cute and badass she can be. "Yea," I say remembering that "Why was he there?" I ask and she winks at me "guess we are about to find out" and I bite back my smile. "oh also I'm proud of you for slamming Noam" I say and she chuckles "Let's go find Alia"  she says and I kiss her hand like the gentleman I am "yes my queen" and she smiles walking and I follow like a lost duck, only she can get this version of me. Am I a simp for this woman? Oh yes absolutely.

um- I just wanted it to be cute cute and not cringy I hope it's not. My pickup lines are dead so don't blame me. so an incident which reminds me of 'asshole', I was having coffee in the car and holding the phone in another reading and my dad slammed my back (thank god the coffee was takeaway) and then he was like "Asshole, why are you holding the phone so close to your face?"  (I wasn't wearing my glasses )and I gaped at him for 5 whole minutes because that was the least word I expected out of him. I think my dad is trying to be GEN-Z.
