Part 9

There is an awkward silence.

C: I'm sorry Tabitha, but I never make exceptions, I can't make two in a row for the same person.
T: Then we're leaving, come on Jones!
J: I'm staying Tabs.
T: Come on please
J: It's just a fun game
T: What if old feelings come back
*Jughead gets flashback*
J: "When you kissed Archie none of those old feelings came back did they?"
B: "Jughead, no of course not don't be silly. You know you're the only man for me."
A month later
B: "I have to tell you something"
J: "Oh no"
B: "*starts sobbing* During hedwig Archie and I kissed."
Flashback over.
J: Sorry Cheryl but we're gonna go.
C: What?!
J: I said we're going bye.
Outside Thornhill
T: What made you change your mind, Jug?
J: When you said what if old feelings come back it reminded me of something,
T: Of what?
J: In senior year I had to fake my own death, after a bunch of preppies attempted to murder me, so I made them think I was dead. Although a rumour started that I wasn't dead. To kill this rumour Betty and Archie fake kissed. They made it so they knew Cheryl would see it , take a photo and send it to the entire school. Which she did, they then pretended to date which made everyone think I was definitely dead except the main preppy, we still managed to win. Anyways the night they faked kissed I asked Betty if any old feelings came back and I can still hear the words she said "Jughead, no of course not don't be silly. You know you're the only man for me." Then a month later and I can still hear these words too I noticed something off with Veronica and Archie and Betty said "I think I may know what happened Jug." She then got up and started pacing around the room and said "I have to tell you something". And then I said "Oh no" because at that very moment I knew. Then she starting crying because of how guilty she felt and said
"During hedwig Archie and I kissed."
T: I'm so sorry Jug.
Tabitha put her hand on Jugheads cheek.
T: Is it ok if I ask a few questions?
J: Sure
T: Why were the preppies trying to kill you
J:oh we'll get into that another day
T: Ok, what did she mean during hedwig.
J: Oh it was during our school variety show, and we were all doing songs from Hedwig to stand up to our school principal for something, I forgot it was 10 years. And me , Betty, Archie and Veronica were doing a performance. The variety show. ended up getting cancelled but we did it somewhere else and did our original song. But our hedwig song was origin of love and me and Veronica didn't show up because we were in seperate arguments with Betty and Archie. So they performed and I guess the song got reminded them of feelings they used to have for each other and they kissed.
T: Exactly, how long was this after she said "you're the only man for me"
J: A week
T: I can't believe she did that
J: So that's why I didn't want to do that to you.
T: After she told you what happened?
J: um, we kinda..
T: you had sex didn't you
J: yeah and it was amazing sex too
T: ok I don't want to hear
*both laughs*

Meanwhile

C: Well they're gone so Betty spin again.
*spins the bottle*
The bottle lands on Reggie
B: Oh, come on you're kidding me right?
R: Ouch.
B: No offence, but I don't find you attractive at all.
R: Wow, how could I be offended by that.
*a few people laugh*
C: Alright I'm up.
*spins the bottle*
The bottle lands on Toni.
C: Hmm, can't wait Topaz.
F: No way, this is happening, three exes landed on each other
C: Actually since Tabitha and Jughead are gone, it'll be you and Kevin, sooo. Four exes.
F: Well, I'm not going with Kevin and she's not going with You.
To: Yes I am. You're not the boss.
F: Never said I was but I'm allowed to tell you you're not allowed to have sex with you ex!
To: It's all just a part of a game.
F: A game that could ruin all our relationships!
To: Only if we let it!
F: Fine, Kev come on.
