Alright, let's get started:
What I know: Honey was originally a human named Candy from the game Fighting Vipers, who like her counterpart, was a fashion designer. So putting these things together, I decided to add the Vipers as well in the rewrite stuff, and Cylent Nite's drawing of Honey and her family gave me extra ideas:
Backstory: Holly Lavender is a young girl with huge fashion sense and a really passionate taste for candies and sweets. She is a secret-mobian descendant born on earth from a family ancestral hybrid from Mobius who unknowingly came to earth and passed it down from generation to generation that eventually came to her when she was born, making her original form a half-cat (part human part cat).

Born from a retired secret-hybrid Viper and a doctor, Holly is over pressured with her strict mother wanting her to be more like her and her father to carry on his Viper legacy, when all she wants is to create and design, so she secretly went to a fashion designer academy, in which her mother did not act so nicely when the family eventually found out, even to saying that she disowned her, leaving her to move out and continue her dream career (and joining the Vipers for advertising her works.)
Holly eventually earned the nickname Honey Cat, because of her passion for sweets, and how she fights in the famous "Crouching Tiger" style, in which she learned by her father, who always visits her along with her sister Cadence (aka Candy) to inspire her to continue her dream, while Candy explains that her mother is too embarrassed and ashamed to see her because of what she said.
Eventually after the Vipers tournament, she became popular due to being the most stylish of the Vipers and started her own industry for clothings with the help of Roller skater Viper Grace as the supermodel, and eventually, Princess Undina "Deena" Shrine of Meropolis as the second supermodel and Hecuba Locksmith, a half-poodle who is one of the most skilled makeup artist of Mobius (but not the most beautiful woman) as their makeup executer after the Chaos Control incident. Candy would also be a part of the industries as the manager and COO, while Honey was the Founder and CEO of Honey Industries, which also got more popular by its title; "If you don't look sweet, your not wearing Honey"
