We walk with Logan in front of us on the way out of the after school club. "That was actually very nice." I say to Kevin as we are walking. "Yeah it was." He replies. I can't stop thinking about him calling me "babe". And how I referred to him publicly (semi-publicly) as my boyfriend. And he said we are together. "I really didn't think you would call me your boyfriend yet." Kevin says. I turn my head to look at him. He is looking forward and not at me. He is smiling though. "I didn't expect you to say we were together." I say in addition. This causes my boyfriend to chuckle. "I never really knew how much I actually liked you until today. Well actually until I read the not you wrote." Kevin says. I blush as he turns to me. "I really didn't either." I lie. I knew exactly how much I liked him before I wrote the note or anything after. "Liar." He calls me out. I chuckle. "Yeah. I knew how much I liked you...like you." I corrected myself. He looks directly into my eyes. "I never knew." He says. "I never knew what it was like to look into your eyes and have them look right back into mine." I say. I sound like a cheesy romance novel. "I-." Kevin starts. "Ok. I think this is where I leave you guys." Logan says. "See you tomorrow?" I ask. Logan nods. "You and Kevin." He says. He turns and walks into the main office where I am sure one of his dads is waiting for him. Kevin begins again. "I think I might possibly..."
