It was six- or seven-hundred years ago when Haizea first met the Allfather. She accompanied her father, Heimdall, to his work. A bold reminder that her mother won't come back as she was the one to take the little girl with her. The young Loki tiptoed into Odin's office along with Thor, a bet as always. And there she sat, behind Odin's men in the back of the room. Tearing up because she missed her mother that much and with her father it just wasn't the same. Besides a few interactions the princes' never really had a lot to do with Heimdall's daughter. Surely she was a face they would recognize and they would be happy to see her wherever they went but it wasn't friendship. Then Thor made a bet with Loki to do something that the Midgardians would remember with the simple name of "D.B. Cooper" and Heimdall wasn't there to safe the black haired prince. They plannend it to be Thor who would open the Bifröst but when Loki set foot back on Asgard his brother's head hung low in embarrassment. He was next to be scolded by the young woman and dear was he impressed. Without hesitation Haizea chided the Trickster and all he was able to think of was to press his lips on hers to shut her up. Instead he hid the blush creeping up his neck and waited for her to finish. When he asked her out the second she was done the sound of her hand landing on the side of his face echoed through the golden cupola.
It took Loki more than a decade to make up for it and Haizea made sure to take her sweet time to forgive him. Albeit it wasn't until one drunk night when they both ignored their heritage and Loki truly made up for accepting the stupid bet. First both parties acted like nothing happened until Haizea was the one to work late and deliver something from her father to Odin in the dark dead of night. Their shared experience continued ever since, fundamentally once a week but recently, or rather for the past few weeks, their pace changed into almost every night possible.
