Hanji feasted on the cobalt tides with her eyes and her hands clutched either side of her waist as she stood with self-possession. The gale mocked her hazel locks yet she still smiled. Levi heard Jean from the edge above the coast. "Captain-! We're ready to leave—!" The conscientious young man hollered through the wind. Levi made his way to Hanji and held onto her shoulder. "We should move, Hanji." Levi awaited her response. Hanji wandered downward the rock they were on toward the shoreline. Levi daunted by her venturesomeness had outstretched his arm to hold onto her but was unsuccessful. He accompanied her, "Oi... shitty glasses-!" Levi grouched when she reached for the sea cucumbers attached onto the rocks. "I told you... they could be poisonous-" Levi became intolerant due to her urge to tug at the creatures on the rocks and proceeded to pull her away. "Wait-! Levi... I'm not going to take them all back!" Hanji crouched down to fight the man's strength. "There's no need for it." Levi had pulled her up to stand by her arm. Hanji withdrew her arm from his hand and hurtled into the foam waves of the shoreline. Her knee-high black boots became inundated and her companion had kept to her. Levi felt nauseated by the flood in his boots and grew dark. "Look at this, Levi! I found five of them, already-!" Hanji towed out the creatures from the waters. Levi was maddened enough to lecture her but couldn't after he caught her bronze eyes. "I think this is the part one would eat, right? We'll have to ask Niccolo, right, Levi?" Hanji pointed at the underside of the sea cucumber she examined. She glimpsed up at Levi and Levi crouched down to her level. "Hanji... take one back with you. Leave the rest of them." Levi acceded. Hanji frowned but agreed and left the rest behind whilst she took one back. He aided her to stand up in the sand yet Hanji tripped and Levi caught her before she fell. The two soldiers had been bewitched by one another but they were interrupted by Sasha and Connie. "We can come at another time... Captain?" Connie chuckled and Sasha joined him. Jean and Mikasa watched from above the coast atop a cliff, Eren and Armin were preoccupied with conversation. Levi undressed her with his azure orbs and Hanji was chary and cagey as she returned his gaze and held onto his husky arms and waited for his hold on her to loosen. Levi had after he noticed her nervy appearance in his grasp. "Ah-" Connie made sound as Hanji began to gravitate downwards, Hanji felt nonplused to fall and relieved for that tension between them to come to an end but Levi seized her into a lift. Eren caught sight of his two superiors and smiled, Armin couldn't believe his eyes, Jean and Mikasa were not surprised and Connie and Sasha cheered both on. The sea cucumber clutched by the commander fell. He stared at her as if she were the most beautiful creature alive on earth. Hanji was thunderstruck but sheepish infront of her subordinates and reddened. "Let me down... Levi..." She grumbled. "No." His heavy word echoed in her ears. "Levi- let me down- already-" Hanji thought she should knock him out as he began to ascend up the rocky shore to where the others were. "I command you-" Hanji muttered and Levi had let her down onto the ground after they had reached the top. "Right... There was no need for that Captain Levi..." She dusted her coat and turned her back onto the others as she propped her fists into her sides and spoke with a ill at ease tone. They youths chuckled at the commander who was busy being red. Levi looked down with the smallest grin and held the sea cucumber she had dropped. "Disgusting... shitty glasses... you always have been so filthy." Levi kept watch of her tall figure as she guided them to their horses.
