Hanji held her head in her hands, Eren was lost and there was no sign of him. Her hands began tremble. Nothing was ever in her control. Levi took note of this, "Hanji, it'll be alright. He couldn't have gone far." Levi tried to calm her so Hanji tried to compose herself. "Would you like to take a seat, Hanji." Kiyomi suggested. Hanji's eyes found Levi, "That doesn't sound too bad." Levi found hers. Both sat down at a table and were served hot tea. Levi poured her another cup. "If he's still not found... we'll search for him, tonight. How does that sound?" Levi studied her for a reaction. "Not bad." Hanji was agitated about Eren's abrupt disappearance but more so about tomorrow. The low probability of them having a fleeting chance. Instinctually, Levi held her hand. Hanji found his gaze, confused. Levi realised he had held her hand so let go. "It'll be fine... we just have to believe that." Levi confirmed. "You're right." Hanji agreed, she studied the man. The telepathic communication between them had strengthened over time, was it the Ackerman blood? Did the Ackerman blood have anything to do with telepathy? Could it be that their ability to pass thoughts was alike the telepathic communication between Historia and Eren? She stared. "What?" Levi narrowed his eyes. "Hold my hand." She showed her hand. "Hah?" Levi couldn't understand. She took his hand without hesitation. "Do you feel anything?" She wondered. Levi's eyes widened and he blushed. Taking his hand away, "No." he huffed. "I see." She wanted to test out her momentary theory by creating contact alike the way Historia and Eren had but nothing had happened. His hand found hers, she was surprised. "Yes." He said, looking away. "Really?" She smiled, could there really be a connection between Eldians and Ackermans. Levi looked at her in an unfamiliar way, he neared her, his hand fixed around hers. Hanji reddened after realising what she had done, taking her hand out of his. "Right! That's it! I've got to know where that idiot is! Let's go!" She cried out. Levi watched her leave in shock, "Ah... she's actually shy... I keep forgetting that." He smirked.
