Yelena scrolled through the avenger's instagram, Natasha sitting beside her so she could look at the phone over Yelena's shoulder.

"Click on Tony," Natasha said.

Yelena did what her sister asked and clicked on the superhero's profile. The last post was from over two months ago, before the fight with Thanos. Then every post before that was daily. Sometimes he even posted multiple times a day.

"That's weird," Natasha commented, "usually Instagram is his life."

"The last one is dated the day before you fought Thanos." Yelena pointed out.

Natasha tilted her head. "Odd. I'll have to ask him when we get there."

Yelena nodded silently, a question popping into her head, "....Do you think the Avengers are going to believe me?"

"Doubt it. But hopefully Clint will be able to help you convince them," Natasha grinned.

"If Clint believes us," Yelena replied.

A frown settled on Natasha's face and she didn't reply.

I shouldn't have said that. Yelena thought, I should have just gone along with it.

Natasha remained silent as Laura entered the room.

"Kids are finally in bed," she let out a sigh, sitting down on one of the chairs, "Has Clint come out of our room at all?"

Yelena shook her head, turning off her phone and putting it away to look at Laura.

"This hasn't been easy on him. Losing Natasha, meeting you....."

Yelena raised an eyebrow, "Me? I didn't do anything. Okay maybe I bugged him a little bit, but that's about it."

Laura shook her head, "No, not like that. Did anyone ever tell you about what really happened in Vormir?....To Natasha?"

"She died to get something or other that saved the world," Yelena stated the extent of what she had put together from the little snippets she knew were true.

There used to be so many fake stories on the news speculating about what had happened.

Now everyone was focusing on Spider-man and his recovery, almost as if they had all forgotten about Natasha. Well Yelena certainly hadn't, and she didn't plan on forgetting any time soon.

"Well... that's the base of it, but there was a lot more," Laura started, "The thing they needed was the Soul Stone, one of the things Thanks was trying to get. To get the Soul Stone you needed to trade a soul for a soul.

"Which meant that either Clint or Natasha had to jump off a cliff to get it. The two of them fought to see who would jump off. Clint wanted to do it to save his best friend, and Natasha did it because she knew that the kids needed him. He watched her die because she didn't have a family to go back to."

Yelena winced at that, but let Laura continue. Natasha silently stared at her feet, neither denying nor accepting that was what happened.

Yelena's sister really didn't care enough to stay.

"Then you show up, and he learns that she did have a family, a life to go back to, people who might have needed her. It's really hard for him to know that Natasha still sacrificed herself, even though she knew she would never be able to see you again," Laura finished.

Shaking her head, almost regretfully, Natasha stayed quiet.

"MOMMMMMMMMYYYYYYY!" Nathanial called from upstairs.

Laura sighed and got out of her seat. "We're glad you're here. The kids love you and Clint needs this. He's a mess. Maybe you can help him." Walking up the stairs, she disappeared from Yelena's view.
