It's raining since two days and looks like it's not going to end soon. Already the roads are filled with 3 feet water and literally everything is closed.
We can see one person standing in the balcony and talking on the phone rather shouting on someone. He just hanged up the phone in frustration. He was almost on the verge of trashing the phone but somehow controlled his anger.
This is all seen by a young lady who is staying in his opposite flat. She could understand his frustration.
Not only him but every one is in the same state. Some are a little fortunate and few or not.
