lex was sarah's best friend all her life, which meant lex was around rafe constantly because of the amount of sleepovers they had. they both had a little crush on eachother but hey, they were both attractive.

lex says, opening the door.

r-do you even knock anymore at this point?

rafe says, standing in the doorway.

sar-cmon you know she's my best friend! also dad and rose loves her. more than us, even.
r-whatever.

rafe pops open an metal can of diet coke and just about he was going to take a swig of it, rose grabs it from his hands.

rose-you know this is for lex!
lex-thanks rose! you know me!
r-oh c'mon!

rose-okay, me and ward are going to go out and we won't be back until tomorrow after noon! be safe!

ward was already on his phone but sees lex and stops the phone call for a second.

ward-hey lex!
lex-hi mr. cameron.
ward-cmon you've known me for years now! call me ward! i have to go now, lex. keep an eye on my kids!
lex-no problem!

lex chuckles. the door closes.

sar-how's that for an answer?
r-i-i don't even have an answer.
lex-here you go, rafe. i don't want it.

lex hands rafe the metal can.

rafe flips off lex when walking off.

sar-let's go to my room!

lex runs upstairs to sarah's room to see wheezie playing around with sarah's jewellery.

sar-wheez! i told you to not go through my jewellery anymore!
wh-sorry.
lex-hey wheezie.
wh-hi lex.

wheezie leaves the room.

sar-wanna watch something?
lex-sure.

it was few hours later and it was around supper time.

r-cmon, i ordered pizza.

sarah and wheezie runs downstairs expect for rafe and lex.

lex-i'm the guest here. you should give me a piggy back.
r-sure.

rafe smirks when lex hops on  his back and he runs full speed,out of the kitchen and to the pool.

lex-no!
lex wriggles off his back but rafe's hand was on her leg which caused her to stumble into rafe's arms. rafe had his arms around her waist and pushes her closer to the edge.

lex-if i'm going down and ruining my makeup, that goes for your hair too!

lex jumps in, dragging rafe down into the water.

r-rude!

rafe splashes lex and lex splashes him back.
