Sakura pov:

"Do you think they'll find her?" Hinata asked as she gave boruto his food.

"I think they will... she's only been gone for 24 hours... hopefully it continues to be a search and rescue, I don't know what i will do if something bad happens to koemi" i said.

Right after i said that, in came all the guys, but it was itachi who rushed to me.

"Sakura please" he said as he almost shoved sarada off my lap placing koemi there instead.

Sarada began crying, as i sat in shock at koemi's state.

Sasuke came over grabbing Sarada who cried, which made boruto cry as well.

"I-is-"

"Hypothermia... can you help" itachi said looking me in the eyes, his onyx ones glossed over with tears his face holding worry and anxiousness.

"I-i don't have many things here...why didn't you take her to the hospital? She's freezing" i said feeling her body

"Cant trust the hospital right now, what can we do here?" He asked.

I took a deep breath, i had to remember my occupation and I couldn't look at koemi as a niece but as a very ill patient.

"Okay" i said in a serious tone. "Go run a very warm bath, have towels ready, lots of them, make a warm drink, whether it be coco it doesn't matter, her skin is discolored,its definitely hypothermia"

"Okay sakura the bath is ran" naruto said as i nodded.

Itachi grabbed the shivering koemi, we all walked to the bathroom where i had everyone leave besides me and koemi.

"S-sakura" she said weakly.

"Shhh, it's okay, you're going to be okay" i said.

I began to take off her clothes and sat her in the warm bath, where she winced slightly but i grabbed a rag and dipped it inside the water placing it on her face and hair.

"I-i-im so cold" she muttered.

"It's okay...I'm going to warm you up" i said as i grabbed some soap and began to clean her.

Her body temperature began to go back up, as i did what i did.

Getting her out the tub, i placed a thick towel over her body and bundled her up, because even though her temperature began to rise she was still cold.

"Lets get you into something warm.

I went to her room and grabbed some long sleeved pj's and thick socks dressing her and placing a blanket over her small body.

When we walked out the bathroom, izumi was now in the living room and when her eyes landed on koemi, she rushed over and pulled her into a hug.

"Koemi" izumi cried as koemi slowly wrapped her arms around her mother. "Mama...i-I'm sorry"

"Nonsense...I'm just glad you're okay...why would you ever run off alone it isn't safe! Are you hurt? Did someone touch you?"

"Mommy...I'm tired okay" koemi said weakly as izumi pulled away wiping her tears.

"Come sit down baby" izumi said as i itachi held out the hot coco.

"Will she be okay?" Sasuke asked me as i looked to him.
