"Another one?" I said looking at sakura with wide eyes.
"Mhmm i was just wondering if you would be up to extending our family" sakura said.
"Well.. thats a big step i mean taking care of another baby?" I said.
"I know.. which is why we can prepare i mean of course we prepared for Sarada but i mean like this time a baby can be planned" sakura said.
Why did she want another kid all of a sudden? I mean it's never been brought up before so why now? I wouldn't mind extending the family but right now?
Our conversation was cut short when Sarada walked out of her bedroom dressed for school with shadow following.
Apparently she's his favorite now.
"Sarada sweetheart come here" sakura said as Sarada walked near her standing infront of her.
"Yes mama" she said pushing up her new glasses on her face.
"We need to talk, now listen, I won't pressure you to tell me what's going on, i want you to feel comfortable with telling me on your own, but if someone is bullying you, me and your papa need to know sweetheart" sakura said as i could Sarada visibly tense and stiffen.
So someone was bullying her.
"I-I'm sorry" Sarada said as she dropped her head.
"Dont be baby you did nothing wrong, if you're ready please tell us"
Sarada sighed as she looked up sarada with glossy eyes.
"I-it's...you remember the lady you said you worked with Ms.Kakei?" Sarada said as sakura nodded.
"Yes she's a nice woman from what i know" sakura said.
"Well...her daughter Sumire and her friends...they're the ones...bullying me" Sarada said as she looked away from sakura then to me.
"What have they've been doing Sarada?" I asked sternly.
"Well...on the first day of school..I didn't fall off the swing, sumire pushed chocho off then she pushed me and kicked me, and i got the scratch on my knee because she tripped me, and also she took my glasses on my face which made her scratch my eye"
"So she's been doing this for two weeks?" I asked as Sarada nodded.
"Tell us more" i said.
"They've hit me, bit me, gave me Indian burns on my arm, at lunch they sometimes snatch my food and throw it away or eat it in my face, they call me four eyes and are always laughing at me, they also pick on chocho because she's chubby. They broke my glasses when sumire snatched them again and snapped them in half and stomped on them" she said as my fist clenched.
Fucking kids...who the hell is raising them.
"Have you ever told your teacher about this?" Sakura said a tremble in her voice.
"No.. I always tell her me and sumire were just playing because..." Sarada said taking deep breaths so she couldn't cry.
"Sweetheart, take your time" sakura said rubbing Sarada's shoulder.
Sarada tried her best to stop her tears but she couldn't.
"B-because..sumire..said ...if ..i...get her in trouble...she's going...to...hurt me worse" Sarada said.
Sakura quickly engulfed Sarada in a hug as Sarada cried on her shoulder.
