Sasuke pov:

"Dobe have you talked to kira?" I asked sitting at my cubicle in the station.

"Actually yes, she's coming in today isn't that a fucking shocker" naruto said exasperated.

"Speaking of the devil dobe" i said looking towards the door where kira had walked in.

She looked....nice actually, her hair was in a neat bun and she had a dress suit with her badge on her belt.

"Well well well, whats the occasion" naruto asked as i cocked a brow at her.

" what? I cant look good for work?"

"Kira" i said lowly as her and naruto's attention shot towards me. "Where the hell have you been?" I asked.

"Well wouldn't you like to know! Not like you ever tried calling or checking on me! Neither did you!" She said towards me and naruto.

"Um yes we did..we even stopped by sakura's old building and the owner said you no longer resided there... what the hell did you want us go do? Pull the entire tactical force out our ass to find you?" Naruto said.

"Wait you guys... did look for me?" She asked

"Five years ago... you started acting weird ever since i saw you in my father's office that day things went left...what the hell is going on with you?" I asked.

"Listen nothing is going on!"

"Are you having money problems again kira?" Naruto asked.

she sighed " no"

"Men problems?" He asked again.

"No idiot" she said.

I could see how she shook a little, seeming nervous.

"Kira is someone threatening you?" I finally asked as her head quickly shot towards me.

"I-..." she started as she shook her head violently. "No. No one is doing anything to me!" She said .

"Okay okay calm down...we're just worried you're important to us we wouldn't want anything bad coming about" naruto said as i nodded

She let out another sigh. "Okay...well i do have something to ask...hypothetically speaking say you were to involve yourself in something and both sides of involvement promised to do something but you dont uphold your promise... and that they say they're coming after you...what would you guys do?"

What the fuck was she talking about.

"Well...i would probably confront the issue, and try to find a way to uphold said promise depending on what it is" naruto said.

I eyed kira as she kept sneaking glances at me.

She was hypothetically speaking about shit, she was talking about herself.

"Kira...what the fuck did you do?" I said bluntly and seriously i had no time for these games.

"S-sasuke...i- I'm sorry..okay before i tell you i just want to say sorry.." she said .

"What are you apologizing for?" I said cocking a brow as naruto also looked at her confused.

"Five...five years ago..... i-i involved myself with....the person.. well people who were snatching those women" she said as naruto eyes widened and scowl made its way to my face.

"The fuck do you mean involved yourself?" I asked.

"I-i was so immature and childish chasing after you..even though you told me many times you never seen me romantically....when you suddenly took a liking to the doctor ... something..no hatred grew in my heart for her every second i would see her with when she was staying with you...i just wanted her gone...then suddenly you two were engaged...then pregnant...and then married...it seemed she was living the very life i wanted..which was with you....i got with those people to basically....kidnap sakura"
