AJ's POV:
Originally, I was suppose to come out with Dean tonight but something told me that wouldn't be such a good idea. And by something I mean Triple H. Coming out with Dean would have the entire WWE universe thinking that I've already chose and I've chosen Dean. For once, I agree. I decided after the boys made their entrances, I would make mine.
Sami, or Solomon whichever you refer to him as, came out first. His hardcore rock theme started playing throughout the arena and the fans went completely insane. His character is really started to grow on the WWE universe just like it did with NXT. I'm proud of him. I've never been more proud of anyone in my entire life. When he steps inside a ring, he really owns the character which can sometimes be scary because it's like he'd really take that switchblade that he loves so much and cut someone with it.
Everyone's favorite lunatic came out second and the fans went just as equally nuts for him. You honestly couldn't tell who the fans were pulling for tonight. Dean, however, didn't look himself. He looked hesitant and uneasy and I can honestly tell he was faking his lunatic entrance he usually makes. Sure, he was yelling and screaming incoherently at the fans and giving the usual wide eyes. But something was different, and I'm not sure how I felt about it.
Then, it was my turn. I sighed as my theme hit, fixed my hair, and emerged from the curtain. I smiled at all the fans cheering for me and I even smiled at the ones who weren't. Gotta love mixed reactions. I waved to the boys in the ring then skipped down the entrance ramp to the beat of my theme, which is harder than it looks. I skipped around and around the ring until I had this brilliant idea. I stopped skipping and slid into the ring. The referee looked at me confused but didn't dare tell me to exit the ring.
I immediately skipped over to Sami and stopped in front of him giving him my unpredictable, psychotic smile. He tilted his head and kinda just stared at me for a minute then suddenly smiled back. Oh boy. If he only knew. I kissed his cheek slowly and the crowd went "ooooh" but I didn't care. It wasn't as controversial as they made it out to be.
I grinned then skipped over to my fiancé. His brown locks were covering his blue eyes but I could still tell he was confused. This wasn't in the script. It was improv brought to you by yours truly. I touched his cheek then kissed it just like I did Sami's. The crowd went just as crazy as they did when I kissed Sami's cheek.
I just rolled my eyes and went to ringside as the ref signaled for the bell to ring.
I'm not gonna lie. The match was definitely a nail biter. There were times where it really looked like Sami was going to win but then when Dean busted Sami wide open and blood started pouring out of his forehead. Both of them wouldn't give up though, which you have to admire. I don't know if it was pride, proving themselves against one another, or the fact that I was standing outside of the ring giving away nothing. I didn't wanna show who's side I was on because it wouldn't have been fair to either of them. I remained neutral.
After awhile, they were both down and out. They both looked exhausted and they both looked as if one more move from the other, they would fall apart in the ring. The referee checked on Sami first, since Sami was the one who looked the most dazed. Dean rolled around to the ropes and pulled himself slowly to his feet but held his shoulder wincing. His shoulder started to bleed from when he tried to tackle Sami into the corner, only to be met by the ring post. Now here he was, standing but clearly wore out and yelling at the referee to not worry about him to check on Sami.
Dean got frustrated quickly and pushed the referee out of the way. He held his hand out and grabbed Sami's. Sami had no idea what was going on. I watched Dean confusingly, unsure of this was a trick or if he was for real. He rested his forehead against Sami's and I heard him say, "I'm so sorry I abandoned you, Sami. I shouldn't have left without you brother. I wasn't there for you when you needed me the most and I know I'm a big part of why you have depression issues. I left you high and dry and for that I am sorry."
I'm not sure if Sami caught any of that because he didn't reply in anyway. His wild eyes were all over the place and Dean patted Sami's stomach. He suddenly hugged Sami, which took everyone by surprise. No ones ever seen this side of Dean Ambrose before. The side I fell in love with. I smiled a little watching. Dean pulled away and raised Sami's arm in the air pointing to him as if the match was over. Even the crowd didn't know what to do.
Dean let go of his arm then rolled out of the ring after yelling to the fans, "I can't fight my little brother anymore."
Dean Ambrose was counted out that night.
Ladies and Gentlemen due to a count out, here's your winner SOLOMON CROWE!
And I watched my fiancé stand at the top of the ramp with a smile on his face clapping for his best friend, for his little brother, Solomon "Call me Sami" Crowe.
