Sami's POV:

I woke up to my ringtone and at first, I didn't think anything of it. I started humming along to the music and sat up glancing at the time on the clock. Seriously? It's like 3 in the morning. I reached for it and answered the phone, "Hello?" I forgot all about the depression I was in and the fact that I wasn't answering phone calls from anyone until I heard her voice, "Sami?" She sounded really weak as if she had been crying heavily. "AJ? What's wrong?" I asked quietly. "Jon..." "What about him?" "He left! He left and he won't answer the phone so I have no idea where he is. It's dark and it's raining and I think we're under some type of storm warning and I'm just freaking out!"

I spoke to her for awhile as I got dressed. She was so panicked, so freaked out that I couldn't just let her be alone in that hotel room. Especially under these weather conditions. She told me something about a fight between her and Moxley. She really didn't have to say anything else because I've seen him in arguments before. Hell, over half of them were with me. He knows how to dig deep into someone's core to a point where you just feel like cow shit in the end. There's no telling what he said to her. "There it is. She calls and you go running. That's cute." I froze when I was about to open my bedroom door and turned around. I completely forgot about Jess. I started to answer her but then AJ asked on the other end, "Who's that?"

Shit. I cleared my throat, "I'm on my way. Don't worry. I'll explain when I get there." I hung up then stared at Jess. Well this is uncomfortable. I was about to pull a douche move without realizing it by committing to a "hit and quit it" situation. A one night stand if you will. "I don't understand you, Sami." She shrugged and stood up getting dressed. "What? What do you mean?" "You do realize you're not her boyfriend, don't you? Every time she calls, you have the power to not answer the phone. Every time she's hurt or alone, you have the power to say you're sorry but no. You don't know how to say to no to her and you put yourself in these situations that you know is hurting you, yet you do anyway. And for what? For little miss April? Why?"

"I....I don't know...look, it's complicated alright. I can't just move on from whatever it is I have with her. It's like I'm drawn to her. Look, don't hate me, Jess. I'm just trying to figure all this shit out." That sounded about right...didn't it? I don't know. I'd buy it. "How long will you answer her every call before she breaks you entirely?" She asked. I shook my head, "It's not that at all. She just-" "Won't break up with Moxley for you." "Well it sounds wrong if you say it aloud." "Someone needs to. Sami, don't you hear me? You just slept with me which means that you are capable of being with someone other than her." "I'm aware of that." "Are you? Think about it. The one other time you were really in love like this was with Chrissy."

"You see, that's not even true. Yes, I was in love with baby momma but she wasn't taken so it was easier." "You have a type. Think about the similarities between AJ and Chrissy. Both Jersey girls, both short, both crazy athletic, both tan, both feisty, both take no shit from anyone and for some reason, they think you're funny." I laughed, "So you don't think I'm funny?" "Not really." "Fuck you too, Havok." "Isn't that what we just did here?" I rolled my eyes then she said, "So are you really in love with AJ or are you still in love with Chrissy?" I frowned, "I don't wanna talk about this." "Aww, you still love her don't you?" "No. I care about Chrissy, but no. I'll be back."

I made it to AJ's without any further interrogation from Havok. She loves to make me think and I hate thinking. Ugh, that damn girl. Before I could even knock, AJ opened the door and threw herself in my arms crying. I slowly held her, "What's wrong? What happen?" "He left! He's gone! Why are men always leaving me? I didn't do anything this time! I swear!" "Shhhh." I pulled her inside the room so we won't be standing in the hallway awkwardly. "Let's just start from the beginning." She explained everything from the fight until the time he walked out and I must admit, I see why he'd leave. But that doesn't make it right.

I sighed once she was done and wiped the tears that couldn't seem to stop pouring down her face. I whispered, "You really shouldn't cry over him. You know how he is, he'll come back. He loves you AJ. You're his sanity and he's just being grumpy cat about this whole situation." "Grumpy cat?" "Yeah. Grumpy cat. Please tell me you see the similarities between Dean Ambrose and grumpy cat. They could be brothers." "Grumpy Cat is a girl." "YOURE KIDDING!!?" "Nope." "Well hell, no wonder she's grumpy, she's probably on her period. Wait, do cats get periods?" She shoved me and I started laughing, "Only kidding, Jersey Devil." She rolled her eyes. At least she's not emotional anymore.

AJ was still kind of sad so I decided to stay. I cheered her up by playing video games with her and telling her how much I love thunderstorms. I also told her my childhood and how my favorite wrestler was Sting. How for 12 years straight I went as Sting for Halloween. "Imagine this fat little kid running around as Sting." "I still can't believe you were fat." I paused the game, grabbed my phone, and pulled up a picture of when I was overweight. I showed her the picture and her mouth dropped, "No fucking way. That's you?" "That is Cannonball Callihan. I was originally suppose to go with that gimmick but that was just too damn unhealthy." "Awww, you were still cute though." "Don't lie, Jersey. You would run from that guy." "Awww Sami."

She tugged my hive that I call my hair. I laughed then tugged hers and she took a pillow hitting me with it. "Ouch. Did you just really hit me with a pillow? Oh it is on!" I grabbed a pillow and she took off running all over the room. I chased her but she was pretty quick. I had to be chasing her for a good ten minutes before surrendering the pillow and picking her up over my shoulder. "No! Put me down right now! I'm terrified of heights!" She yelled. I laughed, "Oh really?" "Sami seriously put me down!" "What's the magic word?" "Oh for crying out loud!" She somehow slid down my back and before I knew it, I was in the Black Widow. "I'll make you tap quicker than Eva Marie."

I started laughing, "Not gonna lie. This is kind of hot." I dropped backwards onto the bed so she let go. We both looked at one another then started laughing. God she's such a nerd. She quickly crawled on top of me in a mock pin and hit the bed three times. She smiled, "I win." "I let you but okay." "You did not. I've beaten men before." "Maybe broken them down emotionally but it isn't the same thing." "Touché." We both laughed again. "Hey Sami?" "Huh?" "Tell me the story." I looked at her weirdly, "Story? What story?" "The story about your depression." "That's a sad story, jersey." "I know but I'm curious. Please tell me. Who's Matt?" "He's..." The reason I almost gave up wrestling. I can't tell her this story, I can't.

"I have a better idea," I whispered. "What's your better idea?" I leaned and kissed her softly.

This would get me in trouble later...

Picture above is Sami when he was fat in case you guys didn't guess that already.

Don't worry Dean/AJ fans, it's not over for them yet.

Don't worry Sami/AJ fans, there's more in store for those two.

And Sami/Havok fans, even though I think there's only two of us, that's not the end of them either.

It takes me awhile with these updates and I'm sorry but I'm a senior in high school and well, senior year is pretty freaking stressful. But I update when I can. Whether it's this story or another of mine.

Any predictions for the future of this story? I'd love to hear what you think will happen with this love triangle. Comment your predictions!

Like will Sami ever explain Matt to AJ?

Until next time, see ya! :)
