Chapter 2

-Venti's pov-
'Maybe I should really be friends with him, he seems nice! Do I know him from somewhere? Maybe we met in another life or...?'
"Did I say anything wrong? Cause I'm really sorry if I did!" I said a little confused because he was staring at me. Well, to be honest I kinda got lost in that beautiful amber eyes of his..He had teal green hair colored on a part of his hair just like me!

"Oh I'm sorry I'm- I'm Xiao. And you are Venti I guess.." he said. His voice was kinda weird and angry?..I didn't mind it tho

"Hello, Xiao! It's nice meeting you. Can we be friends PLEASEEE" I think I said that 'please' kinda loud heh-

"Friends?..O-oh sure." he mumbled the last part but I could hear it.

"YA-" I tried to say but I got cut off by the teacher

"Please don't speak while I'm trying to explain the lesson. Detention both of you."

Wait what. Detention? When? Why-

"I'm sorry mister.." Xiao said looking down ashamed.

"I am sorry too-" but he turned away without letting me finish the sentence >:(

~After school in detention(still Venti's pov)~
I went to detention with Xiao but he didn't talk to me really much. Maybe he was mad at me?

"Hey Xiao, so what do you want to do while we wait for detention to end?" I asked him cause maybe he wanted to do something but he didn't respond.
"Heeey can you he-"

"What now. It's not like it's not your fault we are here."

"I'm sorry ehe~"

-Xiao's POV-
'ugh why am I angry at him? It's not his fault for what happened in the past..Why am I angry at him?' I thought to myself
"It's okay I guess. No worries." I could feel the anger in my voice. What if my parents will be mad at me for being not only late, but also in detention. What will I tell them? Venti magically appeared at my school after all those years and spoke to me and asked to be my friend? It's not like they will believe me anyways.

"I'm sorry again! Do you want to do something here or..?"

"Nah I just wanna sleep."
And with that, I putted my head on the table and fell asleep.

-Venti's POV again sorry🙁-
I could feel a shade of pink on my cheeks as I was staring at him while he was sleeping. His face was beautiful and calming..I then looked outside the window flustered. I don't know why he brings back memories. Amazing ones..like they happened a very long time ago, and with those words, my head started to hurt making me see some flashbacks? 'It hurts so bad ugh how do I make it stop?..' it stoped just by saying those words in my head and then I saw a sleepy Xiao looking confused at me.

"oh hey Xiao-" I sad trying not to sound suspicious(SUS😏)

"Uhm- are you okay?..why were you holding your head just a few seconds ago-"

"OH YEA DON'T WORRY I'M FINE" I said again kinda screaming

"Oh okay you don't need to scream." he said annoyed
'Maybe he remembers the past? The past is me.. It would be great if he still remembered me..' Xiao thought to himself. 'Why did I dream about it a few days or weeks ago..I can't remember when but I know I saw this somewhere..'

'Deja vu's about him is all I want..'
