Team Reverb - Scene

I think it's time we finally find out what Team Reverb is, who they are, and what they are capable of. Take a look at this early scene of Trident, Aliya, Douglas, and Mario learning who the really are.

Trident: I think it's about time we know who we are going up against.

Douglas: I've been waiting to know exactly who the actual fuck they are. These guys are not playing around.

Aliya: And it seems like they are almost a technologically advanced version of us.

Mario: I don't like that one bit.

Trident: Me neither. So that's why I was able to do a little research.

Douglas: You...stalked them?

Trident: What? No! I didn't stalk them! I was studying them.

Aliya: That's also stalking.

Trident: So...does that mean-?

Mario: You stalk people a lot.

Trident: Oh god...I'm a stalker...

Douglas: I'll help in getting you set up with a therapist...or help, later. For now, I want to know what we are up against.

Trident: ...Right. Yeah. The research.

He changes the hovering image to a picture of one of the team members. He clasps his hands behind his back as he walks around.

Trident: First, we have Torque. Tech genius, and gear head. She is the mind behind all of Reverb's strongest weaponry and gear...some even more advanced than I could imagine.

Mario: Ooh...Scary.

Trident: She has a pack on her back that holds compressed metallic wings.

Aliya: She can fly!?

Trident: The wings are razor sharp, but she has never injured another player with them. She mainly uses them to block paint shots and hover, and yes, they are powerful enough to lift her completely off the ground. Rockets at the sides of them arranged much like a plane wing allows for her to thrust into the air quickly. It is silent, however, so she can-

Douglas: Stealth tech. That's got to be what's in that stuff.

Trident: Possibly.

Trident changes the picture to the next one. This one had an eyepatch on, and his other eye had some contraption over it.

Trident: This one is BlindShot. He is completely blind.

Douglas: What makes him dangerous?

Trident: The contraption over his eye allows him to recover some of his vision, but it's only in Infrared.

Aliya: So he can see us even when we are around walls?

Trident: If he picks up your body heat...and no offense, Aliya, but since your kinda part inkling...or Octoling...your body heat is slightly higher than ours.

Aliya: Great. I'm the main target.

Douglas: There's got to be a way to suppress it, right?

Trident: That's why I've ordered Pronged to run back to our own universe and grab some "supplies."

Mario: Supplies?

Trident: You'll see when they get here.

He switches to the next image, revealing a tall inkling with slicked black hair.
