For the record, the environment is uniquely made up of multiple building blocks that make it sufficient and wonderful before human eyes, and each and every inch of it empowers the ecological balance. As much as how humans live depends on other human beings' existence and their uncontrollable utilization of environmental resources and essence, each and every part of the existential equilibrium demands preservation and appreciation for whatever these may be littlest to largest contribute. 

In environmental setting, and even in other aspects of state and nation development, significantly, humans serve as the core actors of the continuance and survival of the live show, and they are then duly recognized according to the institution or the organization they belong, for such services as their identification, belongingness, and authority, in order to support and promulgate policies and rules that contribute to the preservation and wise allocation of the natural resources they continuously experience. It was just a good thing that beyond unlawful and immoral doings of humans, there are still insist to address such inhuman concerns, the goodwill in the idea of the ruling was being employed and observed for environmental protection, and the endless battle for balance goes on and on. 

As humans became aware of how their environment's significance and essentiality affect their lives, a variation of advocacies aims to secure the sustenance of the environment are being promoted. Therefore, it is truly remarkable how the behavior of the actors, against or in favor of different philosophies, leads to the assertion of lawmaking and adherence of the people and institutions to the dimensions covered.
