Some people are majorly driven by their reasons in which they are hardly be persuaded and change their course of decisions, whilst others are much up to actions that they are having hard time thinking about juatifiable reasons to do those.

We may resemble the two, as reason to thinking while will as the course of action, but these are different in a way that they are functioning differently yet working complementarily in order to provide the target goal.

Thus, reasoning without action is useless, while will without proper and good reasoning is lost. Therefore, these two are important in the process of decision-making and building character as a whole.
