"So whenever you ask me again, how I feel, please remember, my answer is you."
A quiet but somewhat warm feeling surrounded Yoongi's studio, while a soft but muffled melody of one of his tracks played from his speakers. The light in the room was dim, just like how he likes it, but the primary source of light in Yoongi's studio was from the bright screens of his computers. A list of his completed and uncomplete tracks shone on one of the screens, and the other two showed the programs he uses to edit his songs.
Yoongi sat on his swivel chair in front of his three bright screens, but his gaze was on the empty sheet of paper with a pencil in his hand. As always, he goes to work in his studio in the company's building and spends the whole day and night working on and making songs for himself or for other people. His Seokjin Hyung, his best friend and also the son of the owner of the entertainment company, is always the one taking care of him when he can't take care of himself.
Today is one of those days where he is experiencing a burn-out and is too exhausted to think or do anything, but he still forces himself to go do work which is why he can't think of a single word or letter to write down for his new song. Knowing how updated his best friend is with his schedule, he expects the older man to come barging through his door any minute now.
Speak of the devil. There was a knock on the door that sent a chill down Yoongi's spine.
"Come in!" Yoongi raised his voice without turning his chair around and kept his gaze on the blank sheet of paper in front of him. The door creaks open, and behind him, he can sense that a tall young man is staring right through him. "Jin Hyung?"
"I knew you'd be here," Seokjin said with a slight scoff and shook his head, knowing that his best friend is stubborn. "Let's go out of your man-cave and go take a walk, Yoongi."
The younger man sighs; he is used to hearing his best friend throwing insulting remarks towards his studio, "I'm not going anywhere, Hyung. Can't you see that I'm doing work?"
"Dad is also asking for you to meet him," Seokjin ignores his best friend's lame excuse about work when he nows that Yoongi has not written a single word and is just staring down on his table for the past few hours since the morning that he visited the young man to bring him coffee.
"Tell him I'm still working on the songs he wants for another idol. I have a lot on my plate right now, Hyung. I don't want to see your old man today."
Seeing as Yoongi is being stubborn as always, Seokjin needs to use the last resort that he thinks is probably a risky move and would force his best friend to barricade himself in his studio and lock himself inside for the next ten years.
"Yoongi-ah, do you still remember the name Kim Namjoon?" Seokjin asks his best friend, leaning against the wall right next to the door with his arms crossed. After his best friend's breakup with the said man, they promised each other not to mention his name ever again.
