"No matter how many times we fall apart because of our frequent arguments. Like I said, we're the ones that matter the most. We're not meaningless. I'm taking a step forward, and I'm telling you what the past has shown us."

It has been over a month since the two producers signed a contract and shook Jungkook's eager hand as a sign of their friendship and the beginning of their collaboration to help the young idol achieve his dreams of working and making songs for an album with the two men he idolize most out of everyone in the whole entertainment industry.

After planning the days where they will be meeting up based on their schedule, the three have decided to meet on weekdays. Because Jungkook has a busier schedule than they do, he would only have to come on days where he has to sing and record the songs and meet up with the two producers every Friday for their short meetings to share updates on how the album is coming along.

Unlike a typical album of a Kpop group, Jungkook's album is much shorter because he is a soloist. They planned to make about six songs for his newest album. They decided that Jungkook would be accompanying each of the two producers with all of the songs since they agreed that it would be better when it comes to following the deadline to split the album in half. Three songs will be done by Yoongi with Jungkook and Namjoon accompanied by Jungkook as well.

The following weeks have gone by pretty quickly, but it did not mean that the weeks were a breeze. For the young idol, balancing his busy and hectic work schedule added with his newest album is like running down the street under heavy rain. At the same time, the two producers felt the weeks had gone by as if they were running down the same sidewalk under a snowstorm of hail while drunk and could pass out at any moment. Both Namjoon and Yoongi had kept their silent agreement to act professionally towards each other and were somewhat friendly when Jungkook was in the same room as them.

After all, they could not let Jungkook carry the burden of feeling guilty for forcing the two ex-lovers to work together just because of his selfish desires.

For the many weeks that they began working together, it had become a routine for them always to wear forced smiles when it comes to Jungkook to avoid letting him notice the intense and fearful tension between Yoongi and Namjoon, who would always drop their smiles and return to their usual dark and monotonous demeanor towards each other. Constantly arguing and bickering, throwing shade at each other through sarcastically loud comments as they work through the songs together.

"Oh, you're here again," Yoongi's expectant face immediately drops the moment he sees who the person is standing behind his door was. He expected it to be his best friend or one of the delivery men delivering his lunch, but it would seem like the universe hates him. "You're a bit too early, Kim Namjoon; leave before I slam the door to your face."

But before Yoongi could even push the door to close it, Namjoon merely stood there with both of his hands hidden in his pockets and wearing an expressionless face as he placed his foot by the door to stop it from closing. They both know that no matter how much Yoongi tries to push the door close, Namjoon is just too strong for him to do anything.
