"FuyuHIKO! Hurry up!"

"Dude, shut the h*ll up! They're gonna hear us, ya idiot!"

"Whoops! Uh, j-just hurry up here!"

Kazuichi grabbed Fuyuhiko's arm and pulled him up to the top of a small building. They were the only 2 surviving people left in the city of Tokyo, due to the zombie apocalypse that took over.

Or, at least, that's what they knew of.

"Ngh! Come on, Hiko!"

He pulled a little harder, and Fuyuhiko fell straight into Kazuichi's lap.

Well, at least they didn't fall down.

Because that would more awkward.

They both looked at each other for a few seconds before Fuyuhiko quickly scrambled to get out of that awkward position.

"Heh...thanks, Kaz.."

"No problem, Hiko...."

"Uh, l-let's just stay here for a bit. It's f*ckin' cold down there anyways...."

"Ah, here's my jacket."

"Thanks."

Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention.

Kazuichi's wearing a jacket.

Fuyuhiko took Kazuichi's jacket and wrapped it around himself. Without thinking, he scooted closer to Kaz and rested his head on Kazuichi's shoulder.

Wait...

Actually, scratch that.

He knew what he was doing.

And didn't give a sh-

"H-hey....Kazuichi?"

Uh oh. When Fuyuhiko uses Kazuichi's real name, he's either mad at him or just really needed to vent.

Because he always called him 'Kaz'.

But it wasn't either this time.

"Yeah?"

"Do...do you think that...we'll ever..survive this...?"

It was obviously embarrassing for him to say, mostly because his whole reputation is made of a tough guy who's a big yakuza boss, so Kazuichi understood.

"Aww, Hiko...I mean, we've lasted this long...haven't we?"

"Yeah..."

"So there's no need to worry...and besides..."

Kazuichi grabbed Fuyuhiko's hand, making Fuyuhiko blush.

"If we don't survive, we can at least have zombies eat out brains together, right?"

"Right..."

"So let's just savor the time we have left."

"Heh...yeah..."

Then they savored the sunset together. It wasn't too much of a big deal before, but now that they were both to be eaten by zombies sooner or later, they just wanted to see it one more time. Kazuichi and Fuyuhiko both realized in that moment just how special the sunset really is.
