Y/N Pov

"So how long you staying." Nia asked as we sat on couches. I could feel Lena looking at me, it made my cheeks burn.

"Well, I have sorta a lot of free time right now." I smile trying not to look at Lena. 

"I am a huge fan of your work, Y/n." Brainy burst out causing me to spill some of my drink on me.

"Thank you, t-that means a lot." I chuckle. We all talked and laughed until some of us were practically drunk. Kara and everyone else were too drunk except Lena.

"I'll take you to the place your staying at if you want me to." Lena offered as she watched me check my watch. Again, my cheeks began to burn.

" Yeah, That's cool." I grin. In minutes, Lena and I were in the back of her driver's car heading to a apartment complex Lena owned. It was quiet the whole way there, I would occasionally steal glances of Lena, then pretend I wasn't looking. When we finally pulled, Lena handed me a key.

"Thank you for the ride, you didn't have to." I blush.

"It's okay, I needed some air anyway." Lena shakes her head smiling. With that Lena drove off, I watched the car until it was out of my view.

I flopped on my bed and looked at the ceiling. James was the only guy I really loved besides Jack. He made me feel less alone, he understood me or at least I thought. James proposed to me a year ago and promised to be there for me..... He was obviously lying because he is now back in metropolis with a new woman. As soon as I saw there engagement on the news, I promised myself I wouldn't love again. Love wasn't for me apparently, But tonight.... Seeing Y/n.... My heart wanted her.
