~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The vast darkness seemed endless as Abrahm softly gasped in shock as he turned he looked behind him and the gentle figure who stood behind him... It was his mother, Bethany Valentin. "M-mother...?" Muttered Abrahm as his eyes slowly began to tear up as she hugged him and smiled softly... "Shhh, My sweet darling... Don't cry, I'm here for you now." Assured Bethany as she held him close to her and ruffled up his hair. "Oh, Mother... I-I've missed you so much." Said Abrahm as he hugged his dear mother and smiled as he softly continued... "I-I'm sorry that I couldn't help you when that sick bastard killed you, Mother... I-If I wasn't such a weakling, I would've stopped him." Abrahm shook his head softly and shamefully as he sighed deeply and broke the hug as he clenched his fist tight. "No, It wasn't your fault, Abrahm... Your father just couldn't control himself anymore after what the effects of the Ether radiation did to him. It wasn't entirely his fault when he killed me... You must remember that no matter what he did or how he acted towards us: He always loved me, you, and your brother." Reasoned Bethany as she held his hand in an attempt to calm her dear son down... "Tch, I doubt he even loved me, he only pitied me and he would just beat me to a pulp whenever I would argue with him and blame him for what he did to you... I guess the only thing that was good in a sense; Was the day when he created Dovahcom for me so that I wouldn't have to be all alone." Snarled Abrahm as he shook his head at the cruel memories of what had transpired after Bethany had died. "Abrahm, you shouldn't speak so cruelly of your father... Neither of you are to blame for what happened. Forgive the sins of the past and move on... Please, do it for me." Pleaded Beth as she hugged her dear son and kissed him softly on the cheek as she disappeared into the darkness of his mind and Abrahm instantly awoke from the haunting dream... "So you're finally awake, Huh?" Asked Katherine as she looked at him and smirked softly. "Y-yeah..." Answered Abrahm as he slowly stood up and rubbed his eyes. "Hey, Did you sleep ok, Abe? You were mumbling to yourself while still sleep." Said Katherine as she got him a glass of water and handed it to him... She could see that his face was full of sweat and tears while his hands trembled softly. "I-I just had a odd dream... Nothing more." Mumbled Abrahm as he drank the whole glass of water and sighed deeply. "Can you tell me about what goes on in your dreams?" Asked Kat as she took the glass and set it down on the nightstand and glanced over at Abrahm... He looked at her with tired eyes but he said nothing in response to her question while he bit his bottom lip nervously. "I-I saw my mother... I saw her death by my father's hands. I've dreamt of it endlessly... I-It's always the same thing, It's just so sickening." Muttered Abrahm as he sat on the edge of the bed and held his head in his hands. "W-wait, Your father killed her?!" Katherine asked as her eyes widened and she gasped in shock... "Yes... That sick bastard killed her when Jeb and I were just little kids. I was the only one who witnessed it... He made me help bury her before turning the gun on himself." Answered Abrahm as he recalled the dark memory of that cold bloodstained night.
---------------[Flashback]------------------
"SHUT THE HELL UP, BITCH! YOU WILL DO WHAT I SAY OR YOU WILL BE PUNISHED!" Shouted Gabriel as he grabbed his wife by the hair. "G-gabriel, please stop! P-please!! L-let me go, Gabriel!!!" Begged Bethany as she desperately tried to free herself from her husband's tight grasp... "NO! NOW WHEN I SAY KEEP THE BOYS OUT OF MY OFFICE, YOU KEEP THEM OUT OF MY FUCKING OFFICE!!!" Shouted Gabriel as he punched his wife in the stomach and slapped her hard across the face. "I-I'm sorry! I tried to keep them from going into the office but they wouldn't listen... They were too insistent on going in to take a look at what you've been doing." Bethany explained as she struggled helplessly. "I DON'T WANT EITHER OF THEM IN MY GOD DAMN OFFICE, UNDERSTAND!?!" Said Gabriel as he shoved his wife to the floor and stomped on her chest and pulled out his custom built gun and aimed it right at her. "G-gabriel, No! D-don't!! P-please, just put the gun down! Please!!" Shouted Bethany as she quickly stood up and lunged at Gabriel and tried to reach for the gun but Gabriel fought against her as he pushed her into the wall, causing the wind to be knocked out of her and... BANG! The sound of the gunshot and the abrupt scream of Bethany was the last thing that anyone would hear as the whole room was completely quiet and Gabriel watched his wife's blood flow along the walls and floor as her body slowly fell onto the now bloodstained floor while a pool of dark crimson gold surrounded the outline of her broken body and Gabriel stared at the scene for a moment before his breathing slowly began to grow heavy and he quickly realized what he had done. He fell to his knees and looked at the gun in his trembling hands before tossing it to the side and cried... But Gabriel wasn't the only one who saw the horrific events unfold, Abrahm had woken up a few minutes earlier due to the sound of his parent's shouting and got out of bed to see what the hell was going on. Upon reaching the small crack in the door, Abrahm saw everything that happened and couldn't move his body, he felt completely numb as his body began to shake while a flood of tears fell from his eyes as he slowly opened the door and stared at his mother's body then slowly turned his gaze to his father as he cried... "F-father, W-why?? W- W-why did you kill My mother?" Muttered Abrahm as he looked at his father and cried. "A-abrahm, I-I didn't mean-!! I-I couldn't-!!! I-I swear!" Stuttered Gabriel as he quickly lifted his head up and looked at his son with a shocked expression... "Y-you killed her... O-oh God, you killed her!!" Cried Abrahm as he looked at his mother's crimson blood slowly flow towards his feet and Gabriel slowly rose to his feet and approached his son with pain and remorse in his eyes. "Abrahm, you must help me clean this up... I know this isn't an easy task but I need you to help me carry your mother's body into the woods. Come on, we must act quickly before Jebodiah wakes up!!" Said Gabriel as he took hold of his wife's legss while Abrahm grabbed her arms and they slowly made their way out the house, desperate as to not be seen by anybody... Both Gabriel and Abrahm looked around to see if the coast was clear and began to follow the path into the Baltorne woods. "W-why have me help you try to cover up your tracks? W-why me??" Asked Abrahm... "T-that subject doesn't matter right now! L-let's just hurry up before daylight breaks beyond the horizon!!" Answered Gabriel as he handed Abrahm a shovel and the duo quickly set to work to try and bury Bethany's body before the sun rose over the trees. "I-it doesn't-! D-Doesn't matter?! No, of course, it matters!! N-now tell me why! W-WHY DID YOU TAKE MY MOTHER FROM ME!?!" Shouted Abrahm as he dropped the shovel and quickly tackled his father to the ground... "A-abrahm, No- Stop! G-get off of me!! W-we don't have time for this!!!" Argued Gabriel as he pushed his son off of him and ended up getting hit in the head with the magazine of his black iron pistol. "Abrahm, Stop it!" Cried Gabriel as he punched his son in the jaw and chest to try to prevent him from firing the gun, causing Abrahm to drop the weapon and fall hard onto the ground then Gabriel quickly grabbed the gun and growled as a strong surge of pain flowed all throughout his entire body and Gabriel's hand began to shake as he aimed the gun at his son but tried to fight against his anger as he tried to resist the urge to pull the trigger and tears flooded Gabriel's eyes as he pointed the pistol at himself and looked at Abrahm one more time before the gun went off and his body fell to the ground, right next to his darling wife.
