Many months passed since Katherine had joined the Valentin renegade... She grew to be a very skillfull and powerful bodyguard and she even became an intelligent scientist. She would always be the first within her little research team who had accomplished their assigned task and would accompany Abrahm as he went up and down the many floors of the Domeplex in order to make sure that everything was going well... Soon, some of the lab workers and the Smyths noticed that Katherine and Abrahm's relationship slowly grew to be less professional and much more intertwined with each other but no one dared to say anything about it but whispers would echo around the halls. "H-hey, Is it just me or do you and the others think that Sir Valentin has grown quite attached to Katherine??" Some of the workers would say as they went about their day while working on what needed to be done... "It's almost as if they don't see each other as ruler and servant, it's like they see each other as equals... And I don't mean as just friends and partners but also as Lovers." The faint whispers slowly began to spread all around the Domeplex as the days went by and Katherine grew well aware of them but she didn't let any of it bother her nor did she let them distract her. "Abrahm, The workers are beginning to suspect that we're more than friends... Should we tell them to stop?" Asked Katherine as she shook her head and sharpend her black colored hunting knife, one that Abrahm had given to her as a birthday gift a few weeks ago. "Hmph... Well as much as I don't really mind it, I just don't want any of it to spread throughout the city and have everyone know about our business with each other... Besides, they're only just making assumptions, not proper concrete facts." Answered Abrahm as he polished and cleaned his combat boots... Katherine grew tense as she sheathed her knife and looked over at Abrahm with a glare so intense that anyone wouldn't be able to blink for a good hour or so. "H-hey, Abrahm... D-do you believe them though? About our relationship with each other, I mean...?" Asked Kat nervously as her face turned into a light shade of red. "Y-yes, even if it's hard to not believe a single word that they say... I do." Admitted Abrahm as he put his boots and jacket on while he looked away and quickly covered his face as he blushed. "But what about it?" Katherine rubbed the back of her neck nervously as she looked at him. "D-do you think that the rumors will quickly spread all throughout the city?" Katherine asked as she braided her hair... "Tch, they better not speak a word of it in the city or else someone will be punished... Severely." Abrahm answered as he scoffed at the mere thought of the rumors spreading around the city and shook his head in annoyance. "Hm, so what are our plans for today?" Asked Abrahm as he stood up and walked over to Katherine and noticed her struggling with her hair and decided to help fix up her braid... "A scheduled Doctor's appointment with Yutar, a quick visit to the downstairs warehouse to check on the progress on the Biotides' upgrades, and after that, you just some paperwork that Smyths left for you in your office along with a letter that just arrived from the head scientist's office upstairs yesterday... From what I've heard from both the workers and Smyths, it sounds important." Answered Kat as she grabbed her jacket and put it on while Abrahm waited for her by the living room window. "I see... Well I guess we better get a move on." Suggested Abrahm as he headed towards the door... "Good idea, don't want to be late." Katherine agreed as she quickly followed him out the door. "To be honest, I'd just love to have a day to myself and spend some time with you." Admitted Abrahm as the duo walked out the door and headed to Dr. Yutar's private clinic... "I'd like that too... Maybe that wish will come true one day." Agreed Katherine as they walked through the backend streets and arrived at Yutar's clinic and knocked on the door. "It's unlocked, My friends... Come on in." Said Dr. Yutar... "The clinic isn't so busy today, Yutar?" Asked Abrahm as he entered the building and took off his jacket and handed it to Katherine as they took a seat in the waiting room next to his office. "Hehe, well yes... Surprisingly, I've hardly had any people come in to the clinic today so maybe I'll be able to go home early, that is if no one else shows up." Answered Dr. Yutar as he walked out of his office and greeted his friends as he gestured for Abrahm to roll up his sleeve... "What about you guys though? Do you have a busy schedule today, Abrahm??" Asked Dr. Yutar as he went about and did all of the basic check up procedures on Abrahm. "After this, Katherine and I are going to go and take a look at the Biotide program and see how the upgrades are doing so far then I got to finish up some paperwork even though I rather not do any of it at all... These past months have just been tiring for me." Answered Abrahm as he chuckled weakly and rubbed his eyes... "Abe, have you been sleeping ok?" Asked Kat as she looked at Abrahm with a concerned look in her eyes and both she and Yutar noticed that he could hardly keep his eyes open. "Yeah, I've been sleeping just fine..." Answered Abrahm as he looked over at Katherine and smiled softly... "You know as well as I that you're lying, Abrahm... Your eyes are bloodshot, the bags underneath are dark, and you can hardly even keep your eyes open." Remarked Dr. Yutar as he looked Abrahm in the eyes and just stood completely silent. Hell, Katherine knew all too well that he couldn't be fooled and even she knew that he didn't believe a single word that Abrahm said to them as he turned his head away... "Now what is going on?" Asked Yutar as he turned Abrahm's head back to him and stared into his eyes. "N-nothing... I promise, I'm fine!" Assured Abrahm as he stood up and headed towards the door... "No, something is on your mind, Abrahm... Now, please just tell us about what's been bothering you." Implored Katherine as she quickly grabbed his hand to prevent him from leaving the room. "Alright, I-I've been having some weird dreams lately... I don't know if it's just because of all the stress from work or not... But sometimes the dreams alter to show me things from deep in the past even before I met you, Kat." Explained Abrahm as he sighed deeply and looked at his worried friends... "Abrahm, just how long has this stuff been happening?" Asked Yutar as he approached Abrahm and looked him dead in the eyes with a very stern expression on his face. "A-about a month and a half... I think." Answered Abrahm as he looked down at his feet shamefully and stood silent... "W-what?!?" Shouted Katherine as she and Dr. Yutar looked at him in sheer shock. "Abrahm, Why?! Why didn't you tell anyone!?!" Asked Dr. Yutar as he instantly grabbed Abrahm by the shoulders... "W-well, I didn't want anyone to worry." Answered Abrahm as he sighed and looked at his dear friend, Yutar in the eyes. "You should just try and get some rest, Abrahm... Try to block out the dreams." Advised Dr. Yutar as he walked to his desk... "B-but I still have stuff to-!" Argued Abrahm. "No, I'm going to reschedule everything for next week... Your sole duty right now, Abrahm, is to get some rest." Remarked Katherine as she immediately took Abrahm by the hand and head towards the door. "Contact me if anything changes and keep an eye on him." Ordered Yutar as he handed Katherine a lil bottle of pills... "Oh, don't worry, Yutar... I'll always watch over him." Said Katherine as she took the pill bottle and placed it in her pocket as they left the clinic and headed back to the Domeplex. "Y-you're not really going to make me take those pills, right?" Asked Abrahm nervously as Kat's light grasp on him grew tighter and tighter... "Well, either you take them willingly or I'm going to have to make you... Remember that it's my duty to guard you and make sure that nothing bad ever happens." Answered Katherine bitterly as she took Abrahm to his room and the duo stayed there in silence as Kat looked out the window and sighed in annoyance. "You're mad at me, aren't you?" Muttered Abrahm as he took off his jacket and sighed as he looked at Katherine with a shameful look in his eyes... "Why wouldn't I?! Of course, I'm mad!! Y-You... You kept silent while being TORMENTED by cruel nightmares and you didn't even bother to ask for my help so... Yes, I AM FUCKING ANGRY, ABRAHM!!!" Shouted Kat as she punched the wall hard and snarled in anger, causing Abrahm to jump in fear... Damn if there's one thing that Abrahm and the workers know about Katherine, it's that she's got a soul of blazing Fire along with the fact that she's pretty terrifying even when she's really mad. "Katherine, I-I'm sorry! I didn't mea-!!" Stuttered Abrahm as Katherine looked at him with a sharp glare that was so venomous that it made his knees weak and his stomach sick... "No, I don't want to hear any of it... You can explain yourself after you get some proper rest." Said Katherine as she sighed and walked towards the door to leave and let Abrahm get some sleep. "K-kat... Wait." Mumbled Abrahm as he sat on his bed and clenched his fist... "Yes?" Asked Katherine as she stopped in her tracks and looked at Abrahm with a annoyed yet pitiful look in her eyes. "Don't leave me alone... Please, Stay... S-stay with me, At least, Until I fall asleep." Answered Abrahm as he slowly fell onto the bed and began to weep... "Ok... I'll stay." Said Katherine as she sighed and walked over towards the bed and sat down at the very edge and watched over Abrahm as he wept softly and reluctantly took the pills that Yutar prescribed to him and Katherine watched as he slowly drifted off to sleep.
~~~~~~[Abe's Dream/P.O.V]~~~~~~
Damn it, it's another one of these cruel nightmares... Why the Hell does this thing keep happening to me? Well I guess I'll just wait for something to happen. I just hope that this isn't like the last one I had a few weeks earlier... W-wait, who is that? T-that figure kind of looks just like... Mother?? What the hell is this?! Why show her-?? Wait... Father is here too? What's that in his hand?? Wait... No! N-no, no, no, no, no! Not this!! I don't want to see this again!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~"G-gabriel? S-sweetheart... W-what are you doing??

No! No, stop!! Gabriel!!!

"Oh, Bethany... Abe... Jeb.
I'm so sorry, My sweet darlings."~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
N-no! Why?! W-why would my own fucking mind show me this bloody incident again?!? JUST LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE!!! My cries echo across the darkness as I fall to my knees and hold my head right in between my knees and cry aloud until I feel a hand on my shoulder and I slowly turn my head to see who it was. "Abrahm, My sweet baby... Why are you crying?" My body instantly twitches and my blood runs cold when I see the calm and gentle woman standing behind me...
