Dark. Loud. Lonely. That was where I spent most of my days, in my bedroom. The only light that shone into the room was my computer screen. My ears were probably deteriorating from the volume that my headset was on. Screaming, "MICHAEL WHAT THE FUCK?!" or "MICHAEL YOU'RE A BEAST!". Anyways that was my world, the world of gaming. Then there was the most important thing out there... food. Yes you probably thought breathing is more important but whatever.

One day my brain was sucked into League of Legends. Endless games. My mom got irritated and she barges into my room unplugging my computer because apparently it has been 6 hours. I looked at her with my bloodshot eyes and smiled. Usually I would've walked down to the kitchen but it was a friday night and it was always pizza friday in my home. While I was playing my mom brought up 2 boxes of peperoni pizza and I gave her a kiss in return. So I immediately layed on my bed opening the 2nd box of pizza.

I looked up at the ceiling thoughtfully then bit my slice. 16 years of age and this is what I have achieved, absolutely nothing. I laughed. It was now 1 in the morning and the pizza box was completely empty. My body turned towards the glimpse of light that my monitor gleamed. Should I play or should I sleep? I laughed again and got out of bed sluggishly.

Hours upon hours and I haven't stopped. Gladly my parents were asleep. It was the weekend anyways. Another hour. Then out of no where I heard a buzz. My messenger, a message at this time? All the possibilities I could think of but not one of them stuck out. I slowly dragged my cursor to the message. "hello michael, that is ur name right? well i'm guessing from ur username. anywaaaays just wanted to say hi.." I read that message over and over again. It was 6 am and someone messaged me? Once I looked at the username I immediately knew it was a girl. It took me a while to message back but I eventually did. "hey umm ray-nbow02 (:" I replied. Then I walked back to my bed and when my eyes closed it felt like I would have never woken up.

Ding. Ding. Ding.
