Chapter-5 The pain

Annirudh was left stunned by bondita's words. When did his bondita become so fierce that she made him speechless? He didn't know how to make her understand.

" I just want to be close to you forever, am I wrong, what did I do? " she said with tears in her eyes.

Anirudh's heart pained to see her like this ." Bondita, like I said everything has a time" he tried to be soft.

"All my friends are always with their husbands, they are always together, Is everyone wrong ??"

" Bondita, it's your age to study and not get distracted. You are not even 16 yet! "

" All of my friends are of my age " she argued.

" Bondita we are different, our relationship is different."

" I don't want different, I want you, "she said with tears in her eyes.

She couldn't stop crying as she fell to the ground " why" she cried silently trying not to disturb others." Am I that bad " she cried. " now he doesn't even want me to call him pati babu" she sobbed as her breathes hitched. Her eyes were red and every time she thought that she won't cry anymore, the next second the tears trickled down.

She was lying on the floor in a darkened room, crying, her eyes were red, kajal smeared and her sobs didn't stop even after an hour.

Trilochan was happy as he could sense that annirudh and bondita were getting close day by day . " maybe they give some good news in some months " he thought to himself as he walked through the corridors of the haveli.

He heard some voice from bondita's room as he inched closer he could hear her crying.

why is bahu crying? Anirudh came to feed her, everything was good, what happened he wondered.

"bahu ...bahu what happened?" he knocked on the door, getting no response he decided to step in.

He was shocked by the sight in front of him, Bondita was crying continuously sitting on the floor, in a dark room He hairs were messy and she looked lifeless

"Bahu get up what happened ?" he asked moving towards her. Bondita didn't reply and just cried. "what happened Bondita? did Annirudh do something? I will beat him up" trilochan finally said.

"No, Don't tell him anything please kaka sasurji, "she said in between the sobs. "you tell me or I am going to him. what happened? tell me bahu" he pleaded.

"he told me to stay away from him and not call him patibabu," she said still crying and not divulging herself in the details.

"And what did you do bahu?"trilochan asked her softly knowing that annirudh would never hurt bondita without any reason.

Bondita realised that she has to tell everything and so she told whatever had happened. Trilochan heard everything patiently. " Now tell me kaka sasurji, am I wrong ?" she asked at the end, blinking her innocent eyes.

"no bahu, absolutely not! how can he get angry? you were just asking for your rights! I need to teach him a lesson." he said angrily.

"Don't tell him anything kaka sasurji." said bondita, pleading. "why bahu he hurt you ". "he will not understand kaka sasurji" bondita said

But he has to understand bahu I have to do something he said and the room went silent for a while. Both were lost in deep thinking.

"yes!! I found a solution bahu, you don't be upset I have a plan," trilochan said

" what plan kaka sasurji ?" bondita enquired.

" Annirudh has to accept your bahu, very soon ."

" how"

" I have a perfect plan," trilochan said with a smile.

"I will tell you bahu, for now, I have to make some arrangements, you don't be upset. I am sure,annirudh will accept you completely as his wife and give you all the rights. You just wait " he said as he walked out smiling at his wonderful plan.
