Okay, I have no idea how to write a short small review for this book. This is one of my absolute fav book and have left with with craving for more story and how the character and relationships develop. I have cried both happy and sad tears and have felt what the characters felt so well. The writing of the author is absolute gem and the way she describes the feeling what each one feels, can make us reader feel those as well, even the smut are written so well. This story has lot of content which might trigger someone so please read the tags before diving into the story. Both Tae and Kook character some strength in different way and the way they both support each other is making better versions of themselves is amazing. The friend character of Hobi and Sarang and Chae, like can I have those 3 in my life as best friends? Like all the characters in the story are flawed like all of us humans, we have different insecurities and different traumas but how we help each other and make things better for each other is what is a take away here. As mentioned in summary Tae is church going goodie two shoes kind of boy who is raised in strict family where he is constantly told he doesn't know anything and he needs to follow what is been told. He is gay but have never accepted his sexuality as it is a sin and his journey of the acceptance of who he is is amazing. From the time he goes to the underground club and how he feels like he might be above them but not really, he is so confused as he is raised by his family saying one thing but when he sees the reality he learns how things are not black and white. On the other side Kook, he went through so much trauma and abuse yet when it comes to relationship with Tae, he is understanding when Tae lies and understands where he comes from and why he did what he did. But when he sees that he might lose his friends, it triggers him and he questions everything like how it is because of him and how he is bad and how he doesn't deserve love and all those are so valid trauma response. After what his character went through, what he felt made sense as he never had anything stick with him so Tae and his friends stood his ground to prove to him through actions that they are not going anywhere. While Tae character went through different kind of emotional abuse with his family and them denying his part of identity, he also met Hobi n Sarang who are part of him world and accepted him whole heartedly, he was loved and cared by his parents even in their own constrictive view point so he was able to see Kook'a pain and anger and even when Kook pushed Tae and Tae got hurt (which look like abuse), Tae was able to tell that wasn't abuse. His view point is what many miss in life. Tae went through gaslighting and emotional abuse with his parents but once he realized, he was able to walk away and when they kind of walk back into his life, he maintains boundaries and he is able to see from right and wrong. I am so glad the author writes Kook getting help through therapy and medication because sometimes even if you have amazing partner and friends, you need professional help to heal from the trauma. Kook character shows so much resilience, like even after going though so much, he has this pure love and light in his character. All the other ot7 character has it's own grey areas and how they all fit into this puzzle and how author wonderfully describes different types of sexuality in this fic. This pic leaves me craving for more. Like at the end tae family don't fully accept him but they don't fully disown him either so I want to know how they relationship changes. I understand from his family point of view like over night they cant change what they believe in but may be after seeing how his son is happy and thriving, they give his financial security back to keep him safe in the only way they know. I want to know what happens with Jin and Hobi parents, what happens with Chae Sarang and how the Pluto develops. Urghhh!! I want more of this fic.

Sorry this was kind of a long review but I cannot stop writing and talking about it. Loved loved loved this fic!
