Gone

Diego P.O.V

The next morning I woke up. I realized that I have fallen asleep while I was looking at the sky.

I got up and went out hunting. I was hunting alone so it was quite hard to catch a prey.

When I finally found one. I started to chase it. The prey was trying hard to get away. Then it turned a sharp turn to the right. Right in front of me was a boulder. I couldn't stop at the moment then I hit my head hard.

After hitting my head I fell unconscious. After a several hours I woke up. I felt pain in my head.

I felt like I was missing something. I couldn't put my finger on it. I had to hunt again.

After hunting I felt I should return to somewhere. I decided to go out in the wild until I find what I need.

It was getting dark but I continued walking. I was totally lost in the woods. I don't know how far I went. Wondering without directions.

Days passed I kept walking in straight line. I walked over mountains and lakes. It was like never ending travel.

The only thing I knew I lost my memories. I couldn't cry about it because I need to survive in the wild.

I wonder if I had someone was caring for me.

Three months later I was I so far where I started. I was getting tired of wondering. I was at the border of the sea. There was sand and palm trees.

There was plenty of food and fresh water to survive. Which I decided to stay. The weather was hot usually stay in the cave to stay cool.

It was unmarked territory which it was mine. I did feel lonely every single time. I need to talk to talk to.

3rd P.O.V

In the herd since the day Diego disappeared. Everyone was searching for him.

Shira was feeling upset that her friend is gone. Soto was also was down.

Manny spoke during the campfire, "Where Diego went?"

Sid responded, "I have no idea, but he must have a reason."

"Did we did something wrong with him?"

"Maybe about Diego having crush on Shira."

Manny wacked Sid's head. Everyone heard what Sid said.

Shira spoke, "Diego have a crush on me?"

Manny spoke, "That what Sid thinks but it could something else."

Soto began to growl of jealousy then stopped because Diego is gone.

Ellie spoke, "He is part of the herd but why he left without telling us?"

Manny spoke, "True there must be a reason maybe his life was in danger."

Shira spoke, "Wherever Diego is I hope he is okay."

"Same now we need to sleep."

After weeks of searching for Diego but they couldn't find him. They decided to give up and continue with their lives.

Shira and Soto when they are alone there was somewhat disconnection between them. They began to argue to each other because of Diego disappearance.

Diego on the other hand was enjoying the freedom. He would often drink drinks made from the hamsters.

He also made a friends with others. Until he met a female saber. They were having fun. Diego felt it wasn't right to be with the saber. The saber name was Sara.

Diego didn't want Sara to be his girlfriend but a friend. Sara has a crush on Diego but there was a disconnection between them from being together.

Sara know that Diego wasn't the right partner for her. She was wanting to find the right saber. Sara stayed friends with Diego.

Until one day they met the herd again. What else it would bring?
