The Right Kind of Wrong

Part 7

The next morning, I woke up to Ben already sitting at the kitchen table drinking coffee.
"Morning." I said to Ben.
"Morning.. how'd last night go?" Ben asked.
"I don't know if I really want to talk about it." I said pouring myself a cup of coffee.
"That bad or that good?" Ben asked confused.
*Both* I thought and smiled to myself.
"Not something I want to do again." I said sitting down.
"Erin, what happened? I seen you tried calling me last night. Sorry I was in bed. Just seen it this morning."
"Melanie became a mean drunk, some guy was hitting on me at the bar, Sebastian came and picked me up and he punched a guy. That pretty much sums the night all up." I said as I took a sip of coffee.
Just then Sebastian came walking in the kitchen.
Ben looked at him surprised, "you punched a guy?"
"Yea. But he deserved it. He was a douche who put his hands on Erin. I had to." Sebastian said while grabbing a cup. Ben had a look on his face as if he's trying to process what we told him.
"Well, thanks for taking care of Erin." Ben said to Sebastian.
"No problem." Sebastian said with a smile.
"What did Melanie say to make you leave?" Ben asked me
I sighed.
"She was really drunk so I told her she should stop and sober up since she was the one that drove and she told me... she told me that she wasn't going to stop and that I shouldn't punish her because of what happened to my parents." I said getting choked up.
"Are you serious?! Of all your friends, she was the one that said something like that?" Ben said kinda pissed
I nodded. "Yup." I sighed. I looked over at Sebastian and he had a look of empathy on his face.
"I'm sorry you had such a horrible night. Especially after I yelled at you for wanting to go." Ben said with a low voice.
"It's not your fault." I said as I smiled at Ben.
"Thanks again Sebastian. Thanks for looking over my little sister." Ben said
I half smiled as Sebastian definitely 'took care of me' last night. I looked over at Sebastian and he had a smile on his face and bit his bottom lip. I immediately got butterflies. I wanted to jump over that table and kiss him hard for looking that good.
"I did what I felt was right." Sebastian said to Ben but smiling at me.

It's been a week since the whole bar scene.

I was working on my truck because it decided to break down while heading back from town. Sebastian and Ben was busy painting the fence.
"Well, damn. Is there anything you can't do?" I heard Sebastian say behind me.
"No. Not really." I said with a little laugh.
"I didn't realize it was such a turn on watching a girl work on a truck" Sebastian said with a smile as he moved closer to me.
I went to put my greasy hand on his face but he grabbed it, looked around to see if Ben was near, and gave me a quick kiss. 
"Wow, getting a little bold aren't we?" I asked playfully.
"Believe me, I want to do more than that to you right now."
"I still hate having to hide what we're doing."
"Please, Sebastian. Not right now." I said.
"Fine." He said and turned around and headed into the house.
I had moved to work underneath the truck when I heard a car pull up the driveway. I pulled myself up from underneath the truck and grabbed the towel to wipe my hands. As the car got closer, I noticed it was Melanie. I sighed and rolled my eyes. Melanie got out of her car.
"Can we talk?" She asked
"I'm a little busy." I said turning and working on the truck.
"Please, Erin?" She pleaded.
"What is there to talk about?" I asked not looking at her.
"Why are you acting like this?" Melanie said.
"Like what Melanie?! Like what?!" I yelled. At this point Sebastian came walking onto the porch.
"YOU are the one who acted horrible towards me at the bar. YOU are the one who said something hurtful. YOU are the one that treated me like crap." I yelled at her. She just stood there looking at her hands.
"Erin, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have acted like that." Melanie said with a quivering voice. "I'd like to start this friendship again but on the right foot." Melanie said moving closer to me. I backed up.
"There is no friendship here. You weren't there for me when I needed you the most. You ghosted me like I was nobody after my parents died. You hurt me... I don't think I can come back from that." I said with a low but stern voice.
"Erin, please." Melanie pleaded again.
"I think we're done here." I said continuing to work on my truck.
"Erin..." Melanie started to say
"I think it's time for you to leave." Ben said in the background.
"Fine...I wish you guys the best.. and..and I am sorry about your parents." She said and then got into her car and left.
I continued to work on the truck.
"Are you ok?" Ben asked walking towards me.
"I'm fine." I replied.
"Erin, I..." Ben started to say.
"Ben! I'm fine!" I said annoyed. "Damnit!" I yelled dropping my wrench.
"Erin. Stop a minute!" Ben said with a raised voice. Grabbing me. I broke down in his arms.
"It's ok." Ben said hugging me.
Sebastian was standing on the porch. Not sure of what to say or do.
"Go inside and clean up. Take a break...how about we go into town for dinner tonight?" Ben said letting me go. I nodded with tears in my eyes. I headed inside. As I was in my room getting clothes ready before I got in the shower, I heard a small knock on the door. I looked over to see Sebastian standing there.
"Hey." He said in a low voice.
"Hey." I replied.
"Are you ok?" He said moving into my room.
"I will be. It'll take time... it's not easy losing a friend." I said
He walked over to me and grabbed my waist and pulled me close to him. He rested his forehead on mine. I took a deep breath. He leaned down and gave me a kiss. I pushed him away.
"What if Ben sees us?" I asked a little worried.
"He won't. He's outside. Said he'll be in in a couple of minutes." I looked at the door and seen that it was clear and gave Sebastian a more passionate kiss. We broke apart,  he smiled at me and he walked out. I went and got a shower. The shower was a nice way to calm down. I had gotten dressed in a cute little red summer dress that has little white flowers on it. I walked downstairs and Sebastian came up behind me.
"What do you think you are doing?" Sebastian asked. I could feel his breath on my neck.
"What do you mean?" I asked a little confused.
"Wearing that dress...I could take you right now." Sebastian said. I could feel his breath a little bit heavier on my neck. I smiled and turned to him.
"Sorry but you can't. We got dinner to get to." I said as I gave him a smirk and turned around to walk away to get my shoes on.
"Tease." Sebastian said with a little frustration in his voice. I just smiled at him.
"Ready to get some food?" Ben asked us as he came walking downstairs.
"Yes! I'm so hungry." I said as I picked up my purse and headed towards the door.

We went to this little whole in the wall diner. It was my parents' favorite place to eat. They had the best country fried steak.
"This is nice. Thanks Ben. I really needed a night away from the house to get my mind off of things." I said.
"I could tell.. besides, we have been spending a lot of time at home doing stuff around the farm." Ben replied.
"Yea. Kinda going a little stir crazy." I said as we all 3 laughed. We've been stressed trying to get stuff done around the farm before fall hit.
Sebastian and I haven't had any alone time since that night I snuck in his room. But he doesn't stop showing off his sexiness every time he gets the chance. Because he knows it drives me crazy.

We arrived home later that evening. We were stuffed and exhausted.
Ben went to check the animals and made sure their stalls were closed. I was walking from the kitchen after putting my leftovers in the fridge. I passed the hallway that Sebastians room was at. Sebastian came up from behind me, startlingly me and pushed me against the wall of the hallway. He peaked around to make sure Ben wasn't around. He put his knee in between my legs, separating them. He then put my hands above my head and kissed me hard and deep. It was a very passionate kiss. My knees felt weak. He quickly broke apart from me. And walked away.
"Now, whose the tease?" Sebastian said looking back at me with a devilish smile. I stood there for a minute trying to catch my breath. I was speechless. He really left me feeling hot and bothered.
