Part 3: Expect the Unexpected

YUNHYEONG POV

"Just drinking some coffee. Did you forget this is my usual spot? And why are you here?" the girl said.

"I guess I did. And I'm just with my friend," Chanwoo said.

I was really confused as to what was going on or who she was, until she went up to me.

"Hi. I'm Eun Jin. What's your name?" she asked.

Eun Jin..that name..its Chanwoo's ex girlfriend..well then..

"I'm Yunhyeong. Nice to meet you," I said awkwardly.

"Nice to meet you too. Well it was nice seeing you Chanwoo. I'll run into you again soon," she said.

She hugs him out of nowhere and the look on his face is priceless, while in my head I feel a bit enraged. Why? Well I did not want her near my boyfriend. I've always gotten a bad vibe from her through seeing her messages, but in person its worse.

"Sorry hyung..I didn't think she would be here. I forgot she usually goes here to get her fix of coffee."

"It's not your fault. I chose this place anyways. It was the closest cafe I saw on the way to your house."

"Are you okay?" Chanwoo asked. "You look a little upset or something."

"Well its my first time meeting her. What do you expect?"

"I don't know. I just wanna comfort you and let you know that you don't have to worry about her. Let's just enjoy our drinks okay?"

I continue to finish my drink, but I don't speak. I don't feel like talking. I never thought I'd ever run into that girl. Just seeing how demanding and obsessive she was over Chanwoo really bothers me. I know he wouldn't go back to her, but I just hope she stays out of his life.

We go to the car and Chanwoo throws his jacket in the trunk before he gets in the passengers seat. We sat there, contemplating on what to do next.

"Chanwoo, do you wanna go anywhere else today?"

"Well before I answer, why have you been so quiet? Tell me what's on your mind hyung."

"She bothers me. She's bothered me since I saw the messages. I don't like her. She gives off this bad vibe and I don't want her taking you away from me."

"She's my past. I would not go back to her. And most importantly, I wouldn't leave you for anyone else. You're my first boyfriend Yunhyeong, and I don't want anyone else."

"I forgot how cheesy and gross you are. I miss it, even though it makes me vomit on the inside."

"And I forgot how mean you are to me, but that's okay. I miss it!"

"Well enjoy it then. Now pick a place to go."

"Are you free all day?"

"Yeah I don't have to be back at the dorm until 7 pm so we have about another 6 hours together. Pick a place. I'll take you there as long as its not far."

"Let's go shopping!"

I search up the closest shopping mall, which is only a 20 minute drive. So we proceed to driving there.

"Why did you want to go shopping exactly?" I asked.

"I just wanted to see if there was a place that had something I wanted."

"Which was?"

"A t shirt."

"You're making me drive you 20 minutes away for a t shirt. Okay am I your personal driver now?"
