Chapter 15: Brother ♥️

Present Jungkook POV; 3am

"No please no, leave me alone!"

I woke up to hear Y/N shouting and struggling in her sleep. I quickly shook her lightly trying to wake her up.

She eventually woke up. Her forehead was sweaty and she was crying. I pulled her closer to me so that I was hugging her.

"Its okay, you're safe. I won't ever let anything else happen to you. I've got you." I whispered over and over to her while slightly swaying side to side to calm her. She eventually fell asleep again. Once she did I gently slipped out of bed and got a wet face cloth to wipe her forehead and tear stained face.

I left the face cloth near and cuddled into bed again.

-3 hours later-

I was sitting in bed as the sun slowly started to rise. I hadn't been able to sleep since Y/N had the nightmare so I just scrolled through my phone most of the time.

I heard a slight knock and looked up to see Jimin standing in my doorway. I gently slipped out from under Y/N and went to Jimin.

"Hey, is she okay? I heard her shout last night. Also Y/N's friends are here..." He said quietly.

"Hey, yeah she better now it was a nightmare. I'll go talk to them. Do you mind watching her?" I asked Jimin.

"Yeah sure, they are in the lounge. Luckily I was awake. Yoongs is still sleeping" Jimin replied as he moved closer to the bed and pulled up a chair to sit near Y/N.

I nodded and headed downstairs. Joy and Y/N's other friends. The one is Lana, Jimin's crush and I think the other ones name is Serenity.

"Hey she is still sleeping" I said walking up to them. All three immediately stood up.

"What happened?!" Lana almost shouted but kept quiet enough not to wake Y/N up.

"I'm sorry but it's not my place to tell you. She will tell you when she is ready." I said. I didn't want to tell them because this is something extremely difficult to have to explain when it isn't your story to tell.

"Ok but is she safe?" Serenity asked
"Is she okay?" Lana asked
"What do we do now?" Joy asked

"Ok so firstly yes she is safe here, second I really can't tell you because I don't know. She hasn't really spoken much and she had a bad nightmare last night and lastly I think it should be her choice about what she wants to do now." I said answering all their questions. They all just nodded still looking extremely worried.

Jimin came downstairs and whispered to me.

"She's awake but she only wants to see you. She said don't tell the others she's awake yet." He whispered so the others didn't hear

"I've got to go to the bathroom. I'll be right back. Jimin please see if they want coffee or something." I said before quickly heading upstairs.

I went to my bedroom and saw Y/N sitting up in bed hugging a pillow. She saw me and smiled a weak smile.

"Hey" I said smiling as I walked and sat down on the edge of the bed next to her.

"Hey" She said quietly.

"How are you? I know this is a generic question but please tell me honestly." I said looking at her with so much care.

"Not okay, I'm not ready yet to explain what happened exactly but I just want to stay here with you." She said looking at me with almost tearful eyes.

"Ok you can stay here as long as you want. Your friends are downstairs and they are really worried about you. Can I let them come up?" I asked her gently
