As I stepped out of the house, my eyes popped open, almost falling out of my head.

Parked in front of me was a black Mercedes Benz.

"Hop on in"

I followed her command and stepped into the car. The purple leather seats were soft and unscratched, it was beautifully polished and smelled distinctly of vanilla.

Avril sped off and within no time, we were at the local mall.

We got out of the car, not saying a word to each other, and stepped into the mall.

The place was bustling with life. People of all ages and sizes wizzed past Avril and I, all with a different bag in hand.

"Whoa, this place is huge" I gawked, staring at everything.

"If you think this place is huge, just wait till we get to Milan" she said.

I stared dumbfounded at her and she smirked and walked off.

I caught up to her in a store where she was looking at some of the most beautiful dresses I had ever laid eyes on.

"Ya like?" She asked, taking it out of the hook and putting it over her front.

It was a beautiful black velvet dress with a black sparkly sequence lining from the waist to the overflow of the dress. It was truly beautiful.

"Yeah" I said and she smiled, picking up the dress and putting in her basket.

She shopped some more while I just watched. It's not like I didn't like the dresses, it's just that they weren't for me, y'know. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a tomboy, but I'm also not a girly girl.

"Why aren't you taking anything?" She started. "You should try something nice. Maybe.......um........this one!"

She held out a dress for me. It was a short, royal blue, slim fit dress with a decently exposed cleavage and a little slit on the thigh.

"It's beautiful, do you really think I should get it?" I asked, hoping for a good answer.

"Of course, it would look really good on you anyway".

I smiled at her and put it in my basket. It was going to be the only thing I get from this pink,glittery mad house.

Avril paid for my stuff and we went back to the car. She put her stuff in the back seat and walked back into the mall.

We were walking in the hallway when a store caught my eye. It was a kids store and I immediately thought of Anna and Jade.

"Hey, mind if I get some stuff for Jade and Anna" I asked her.

"Sure"

I got them some shirts, skirts, shorts and a cute little dress for Anna. I shopped a little for Mae and we left the mall a while later.

"Damn, I am exhausted" I sighed as Avril parked in the driveway.
"Thank you so much for doing this for me Avril, let me ever know if I can help in any way"

She smiled at me, her pearly whites making face.
"Don't worry yourself about it and besides, it was my treat, you don't need to thank me"

"That gives me more reason to thank you" I giggled and she chuckled.

"Let me help you with that" she offered and took some bags from my hands. I thanked her and we walked in a comfortable silence and into the house.
