She is probably one of the reasons why her four roommates are particularly grumpy in the mornings because no matter how hard she tries, she can't get out of bed and get ready without making what Rudy describes as "a right-old racket". Apparently, she wakes up the whole castle when she slides out of bed at the crack of dawn. Wyatt claims it is just her "thirst for life" (code for, "my sleep schedule is set in stone, there is nothing you can do about it, so shut up"). Wyatt prides herself in her ability to wake up super early ─ it means, in her terms, that she's not a lazy sod.

September second arrived with a fresh breeze, scented like ripe pine cones and crisp grass, the sun pouring in through the curtains as it peeked through the late-summer clouds. The Hogwarts grounds were lightly sprinkled with a daybreak mist, peaceful and untouched by the forthcoming, rowdy awakening of its residents. Wyatt has always said that all you needed to do was look out the window and there was reason enough to wake early. Mornings brought the senses alive, and beautiful scenery with it.

Today, the first official day of the new school year in terms of lessons, Wyatt had a task she wanted to complete. It was something she, one of few, finds rather exciting, giving her that little bit more motivation to get out of bed at the prompt time of five-thirty. She tried her best to ready herself in total silence, but managed to stub her toe on her bedpost, causing a quiet squeal to tumble out of her. But she wouldn't let it ruin her first-day jitters and so, by six o'clock she was creeping down the steps to the common room, where only a crackling fire and two students were up and alive.

Wyatt's first day plans were ─ probably disappointing to most ─ pinning up flyers, advertising the school's Drama Club. This year is show year. Professor Flitwick and Wyatt's fellow actors are to put on a play for the rest of the school and an array of parents. Seeing as they lost a few members when they graduated over the last two years, some new faces would be a great addition (so long as no one seriously good comes in to threaten Wyatt's chances at the leading lady).

Lots of other clubs have flyers similar, and, because her mother is a muggle and her house is filled with varying Muggle tech, Wyatt took it upon herself to do something for the club that she adored so much.
